How disappointing. I hoped that this place would live up to the publicity, but it was horrible.
The place looks great, the ambiance was pleasant, but it was evening when we arrived and the mosquitoes were out in droves, there wasn't as much as a candle lit to keep them off us.
The fact that the menu is via QR code is annoying but I can overlook that. However, we ordered three times, drinks that were on the menu and had been proposed by the waitress. Each time the waitress came back to tell us they were unavailable; we literally had to settle for whatever they had, which I'm guessing was the swill that nobody wanted.
The food arrived timeously, I will give them credit for that but that's about it. The fish fillet was overdone and underseasoned. No flavour, no moisture on a bed of mash potatoes. It gets worse. There was sand and stones in my fried rice, I was surprised at the discovery, and was in actual pain by the 3rd mouthful of pebbled rice. I couldn't even have the beef separately because they had brought it all mixed up; yes, they didn't serve the beef separately but kind-of just plopped it over the rice. We paid 3k for this experience and left the food on the table barely touched.
I cannot express in words what a let down this place is. Do not go here if ever you can help it. I should have stopped for the bite at the petrol station instead.
