Well maintained facility. Helpful and friendly staff member. Another fun activity to do with your friends and family. Rate was pretty cheap plus with some value combo. 4 types of k-room to choose from depends on how many people join in. Can fit 20 people in one of their VVIP rooms. Go there during weekdays, the small room that can fit until 4 people, only RM30 per hour. But If you take promotion buy 2 hour free 1 hour, is really affordable. The song also up-to-date. The beverage & snack also affordable. The staff at counter also friendly. The quality of sound is 4/5. Just few of rooms still on maintainance. Overall I love this place. Will repeat again in future👍🏻

Songs selection - 6/10 Staff friendliness- 3/10 Mic condition- Bad, Room size- Small I paid for the vip room since i got 8 people with me. When i entered the room, the room was not that big compare to other karaoke premises. We only get 2 mic even though we were encouraged to take “Vip room” since we have a “large number of people”. I think it is better for the owner of the place to improve and to have much common sense to make any decisions. Technically, bigger room means more people, and when there’s more people, more mic should be provided. And second, during that time, i noticed that the Air conditioner is switch off and i ask for the worker to turn it on since it is getting hot to just rely on the airflow ventilation, the worker said that they will only open around 10am-12pm (tall chubby guy). my girl went to this place with her friend and they were being harrased verbally by the male staff there and they purposedly walk across my girl room and caused her to feel uncomfortable. please take a good action as this behaviour is such a low standard mentality for human kind. 3 of the guy must be taken action
