I ordered two açaí bowls at 7:39pm 9/12/23. The server Kalina was kind and got our order right. I guess I’m the few lucky ones to get the best service here ever. Only Kalina was working and she was moving fast as others came in right after us. I saw the grind in her an we gave her a 5.00 tip.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!! I came to this Juice it Up and was excited to be the only customer, although the employee was on his phone and finished his texts before he looked up to greet me. I ordered $41 of acai bowls, which were 4 bowls almost all with the same ingredients. A family of 3 came in after me and ordered 3 smoothies. The employee told me that my order would take about 10 min, so I waited in the car. About 15 min later, I went back inside, and he hadn't even started making them. I was in disbelief, and he was still trying to confirm with me what ingredients were in each one. Then, after waiting another 15 min, granted, by this time, there are 4 sets of customers waiting in line without being yet helped or even greeted. And.. ..what I received was DISGUSTING! It had old frozen dilapidated blueberries, which should be fresh at a Juice bar, and he made mistakes on the orders. Other clients left before ordering. Unfortunately, I will never visit this location again, and i bummed because it's right where I run my errands. And, right in the neighborhood of some high-end clients. The list goes on, but I'm going to stop there. DO NOT GO HERE! !!!!

I’ve come here 3 times in the last 2 weeks at different times of day. Each time, the store has been staffed by one teenage girl completely alone and completely overwhelmed by mobile orders. This morning I stood inside the store (no tables or chairs) for 30 minutes waiting to be helped before I and several others walked out. Absolutely no reason to wait when stores like Elsinore are 4 minutes away and adequately staffed. Whoever owns this location should be ashamed. These are completely unacceptable working conditions. I will not be coming back.

Although we were the only two people there, the older gentleman took his sweet little time making my son's and my drinks. People seem to complain about the younger employees but if this older gentleman Is trying to set an example, the place is doomed.

Too bad I didn’t see these reviews. Juice It Up is good- it should always be consistent. So anything other should be a complaint. I give this review one star because I was ignored, by all 5 girls and a man who I think was the owner, for 10 minutes. In fact, I was never greeted, and after waiting the 10 minutes next to the pick up/mobile pick up area, and after all 6 people in line already got their drinks, I went to the register. The girl finished her conversation then just stared at me, I told her I was waiting for an order (obviously-not just hanging out there) and she asked what it was. She didn’t care who I was, she didn’t smile, I’ll never come back to this location. Customer service is number one to me; there isn’t any here.

Worse place to come too do not come they don’t do there job right they don’t fill up your smoothies or açaí bowls very irritating you don’t get what you pay for
