The hotel is amazing, the service is always excellent! I absolutely love dining here when I'm at Thika town, I've been there a couple of time and I will always recommend the chicken stir. Nice and comfy open air set up. Really good service and food has been priced well. The food platter portions are good enough although a little bland. Lovely beverage joint, positive staff and environment. Best for a date or work on the go with lovely private boothes. Wanted to give a 5 star but the presentation after ordering can be improved. And the payment methods needs revamping. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I recently had the pleasure of indulging in the best sundae ever at Juicefactory hotel. The sundae was made with freshly churned vanilla ice cream, topped with a generous amount of fruit cuts and sprinkles. The ice cream was incredibly creamy and had the perfect balance of sweetness. The combination of textures and flavors in this sundae was simply divine, and I couldn't help but savour every single spoonful. Overall, the best sundae ever at Juice factory hotel is an absolute must-try for anyone with a sweet tooth. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great ambience, nice music, friendly customer service the food is also delicious and at an affordable price. The place is conducive for corporate events as well. Try it out on your next visit to Thika town located at Thika Business centre 3rd floor.

A fresh concept of cocktails, milkshakes and juice in Thika town, but they can make them better. The food is tasty but the portions served are handful. The ambience is good and some nice background music.

This is the second time I've been here. They have great milk shakes. The prices are affordable and the portions are just right. Had the pepper steak this time around. Must say it was good just a little dry on the inside. Thre French fries were mouth watering. Keep up the good work and quality service

Definitely you'll find nice meals here with good service & ambient space to sit in or out of the restaurant. Located on the 3rd flr of the building that houses Naivas
