Usually we have a great experience here. The donuts are amazing. But after this morning I will no longer step foot here. I don’t know who the lady was, but she got mad when we were taking our time picking out donuts and more angry that I couldn’t remember the name of a donut. Then my husband had to go back to the car to get our money and she threw our donuts on the counter. Awful experience. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Extremely dry no filling I paid maybe $25 or $30 they charge extra for everything sprinkled the filling ones are completely empty almost honestly even fresno donut shop gives me Extremely filled donuts huge these had no flavor to me either.Rude customer service the worst I've been to donut shops in fresno and had amazing prices great tasting delicious 😋 donuts Amazing service worst experience of my lifeeee. I not ever been charged extra for sprinkled donut honestly. Food: 1 Service: 1

Worst consumer service ever!!!!!!! I only wanted to order half a dozen (6 donut) ball/holes, super fast easy, I already had the 2$ ready but noooo the lady just skipped over me and started helping someone else that was taking forever to order !! My son start to cry because the lady was taking forever ! I even told them HEY I have the $2 ready I just need 6 donut holes?! Like I wasn’t long at all super fast but no the stupid worker just didn’t even acknowledge I was there and skipped pasted me. Super rude never coming back here again

Donuts are pretty standard. Heads up, Business does not support any of the schools or other non-profit organizations around them. I would normally not hold this against them, but when you order 30 dozen donuts for the elementary school, I’d hope there would be some kind of discount or donation. Unfortunately, it was full price for all 30 dozen. Consider this when supporting your local businesses.
