When I eat lunch at Jollibee, I often order both the "Burger Steak" and the "Jolly Spaghetti". I recently learned that there is a "Yumburger, Half Jolly Spaghetti & Reg. Sharing my drive thru experience at this branch this evening. A lot of the menu items we wanted to order were unavailable. How can a place that's centered on burgers and chicken run out, and during dinner time nonetheless? Even the rice was unavailable! I understand that it's evening time, but the fact that this branch is supposed to be 24/7 does not help. This establishment should not be classified as fast food because everything is slow. From the service to the actual time your food gets cooked. We saw a lot of people waiting for their orders outside, it was just pure chaos. You'd think they would have a good idea of the demand in their area and how much supply they need after almost a year of operation. we went there trough drive-thru... ordered our favorite meal... they also have a mix & match combo like mcdo... not a long wait in the drive-thru... the area was on a heavy traffic when we went there... parking area has a limited slots so that's why we opted to go on drive-thru... staff are friendly... the area is clean... we haven't tried their mango float... but soon will order them when dine in... its nice to have jollibee branch in this area before going to tagaytay... Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Service is very slow. Average time serving our food is more than 20-30mins. It happened 3x on drive thru. On my recent drive thru. I had to follow up my order for them to know my order existed. Their manager who took my order did not endorsed it well. I also saw their g manager fighting against his staff while stomping his foot, giving me the impression that the management may be toxic. The food is okay, better than the other branches. Great staff, very understanding even if customer makes some mistakes. The ambiance at the ground floor is so-so, but it's understandable. Inner upper floor feels much more spacious (and obviously it is much more spacious). The outer upper is okay, but can be somewhat distracting(?) to some, especially in busy traffic. My family and I have ordered from this location twice. Our first experience was memorable in all the wrong ways. We pull in before lunch and we told there was no chicken, ok no problem we will get burgers. My mother-in-law entered the store to ask about the kiddy toys and any were available the young lady inside said yes, while the lady in the drive thru said no. Lastly, after we had finished our order we were told five to 10 minutes. We waited for more then twenty minutes to our surprise no other customers were in the store when my brother in law had checked on our order. Our second experience with this store lead us on what should have been a easy delivery call turned into a 30 minute call from three different people in where they did deliver then did not deliver then did but through someone else.
