Woww... can't believe I say this. It's a very interesting experience...I come here alone for just the food to try it. The food is very good. The ingredients were enough for the dish. The chicken is fully cooked, the dish is seasoned well enough. The service here is very good too, the server welcomed me and seated me right away. After I put in my order in the menu order form. The server takes my form right away for my dish to be prepared. Liking the new restaurant in town. Glad I have this experience and I will come back for more orders and of course with my friends and family. Thank you Johnny's Restaurants. I can't believe I've experienced this kind of 5 stars restaurant in my life! I went the branch located on the ground floor of KTCC MALL. I went there after winning a competition and maybe a group of 5 pax . We were starving since we haven't eaten since in the morning 😅. We went during the peak hour which was lunch hour but the service was good and quite fast. The staff seated us right away. The environment was good although it was noisy due to the crowd. The decoration was luxurious and it is indeed spacious. After ordering, the staff came and rechecked our orders again which should be commonly practiced. The waiting took only few minutes. It is quite fast since there are robots to assist. I ordered the prawn fried rice. The portion was small but reasonable for the price. I ordered the one with tomyum as a side dish. It was a great idea to combine both of it as it created a flavourful meal. The food was perfectly seasoned. Thai tea was a perfect complement to end the heavy taste of the prawn fried rice. I would highly recommend for all of you to try and of course I will come again with my family and friends! The portion of the food was very small which is not enough for one. The belacan fried rice was too empty it was just a fried rice mixed with belacan nothing extra. The prawn fried rice was nice. Had a plenty of prawns. The service of staffs was very good and satisfying. The place was too crowded but they still managed to give a good service. The price of food is affordable. The food is fine except one of this malay woman staff. I went to a lot of Johnny's franchises including Kuantan, KB, KL and Penang but not experiencing any rude staff like this one. You have a checklist of foods and drinks ordered and the staff will check what you have been received but this one didn't do it. I went there today 7/8/2023 from 1.30pm-3pm. I already received my food but my family didn't received it even after half an hour after mine. I asked why it took so long and this woman staff rudely insisted I already received it. I asked her if she really saw any plates or bowls on my table as a proof that my family received the food, but then she just walked away without apologising. Other staffs are fine. I understand that it's peak hour but waiting food for almost an hour and staff rudely insisted that you received food that you haven't received was really a bad experience. 5 bintang kalau Tom yam panas panas. Yang lain semua sedap. Tapi Tom yam sedap juga tapi hidang sejuk.
