A very nice interior. Love this shop. It is a nice place to have coffee or juice. It is also a good place to hang out with friends. The coffee is nice. I ordered latte and love it is still hot after a while. It is not that strong. I heard the sandwich and juice.are yummy. We will try next time. The place is so nice! Very spacious, very clean and great vide! Plenty of places to sit. The staff were so kind. I don’t think it deserves the 1 star review many have posted. I would 100% come again. The staff may be young/less experienced, but I think they deserve a chance to work, learn and grow. I felt it is very impressive how hard working these young people are. AND I felt they were great to begin with, and good job! 👏🏼 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Who owns this place?! Customer service is ATROCIOUS. Drinks are tiny, food is subpar. Don't get the fresh juice, see pic. While I'm ordering, the gal picks up her phone, and guess what she didn't get my order correct. Instead of fixing it, she tells me she'll charge me for the correct size. You need to fire the entire staff. LAZY. When we walked in, the cashier was sitting on the counter on her phone (pic) The bathroom needs attention, and not just napkins tossed in there and soap should be put into the dispensers. They're all loudly complaining about customers after they've ordered as they sit inside. For as much as this place charges per item, it'd be great to have employees that put in some effort. They can't even be bothered to label your groups items, allergies be damned. You should be MORTIFIED with how your staff treats the customers. We will not be coming back. This is a honest review. The staff are very rude and the food is atrociously small for the money that's charged. I want to bring to attention that the boy cut haircut person who took our order at 6.35pm on Feb 28th was just completely rude and irritated when talking the order. Made a really bad sandwich that was tasteless.. They definitely need some training. One 1 star for the interior. They really don't deserve all these bad reviews! I had an amazing experience earlier this Friday. It was a little slow, but there was just enough staff to get my order going. I didn't ask for their names, but I did overhear some. Isabella, Steven, and Diana (One more girl that I forgot the name of) were great. My sandwich was just perfect, crispy and delicious. Although I understand some people don't like the idea of teens running a cafe, I think they're not looking past the hard work they all do here. The cafe was nice and clean, and trendy music playing (Nothing like the harsh reviews talking about songs with profanity). This is an amazing spot, and the staff have been amazing!! It's horrible experience. Today, our group ( more than 10ppl ) ordered food through DoorDash. ( each person ordered their own food ) The delivered food didn't have any name one it, so it was chaos. And, there were even not delivered food. I ordered a sandwich + a banana bread ( actually, I didn't get my sandwich either, so I ate a left over pizza ). There wasn't any banana bread. One of my peers ordered a brownie. It was also missing. maybe they might have missed some food. how can they just totally missed putting name on each food's package. I want my money back! I don’t think I have ever been so disappointed in a service before. My boyfriend and I ordered two drinks and two sandwiches. We clarified with the cashier that we have severe nut allergies and asked for sandwiches without pesto. Yet, upon opening one of the sandwiches, we saw pesto smeared on the bread. I am livid - this could have landed us in the emergency room. Not to mention, the overpriced drinks tasted like watered down fruit pulp. Likewise, it took 20 minutes for the FIVE employees to make such a SIMPLE order. What a complete waste of money. $50 for the worst drinks I have ever tasted, and a sandwich that could killed my boyfriend and I. I’d like to see our dietary restrictions taken more seriously and faster service. Do better.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 juices. I asked for the sandwiches to be without pesto due to my severe nut allergy - which I told the employee about as well. She said there would be “no cross-contamination.” Upon opening my sandwich, I saw pesto on the bread. Good thing I opened it to double-check before I took a bite. This could have resulted in a trip to the hospital. Not to mention, my partner and I were the only customers in the store that morning - yet, it took 20 minutes for their FIVE employees to make such a simple order. Likewise, for paying $10 for a drink, the portion is awfully small. I spent $50 in total for two mediocre tasting drinks and a sandwich that could have killed me. Their employees need to understand what a nut allergy is and receive better training on etiquette. Never coming here again!

Really loved the calm, spacious atmosphere and service was chill and friendly. I would def recommend if you need a place to get some work done or have a conversation. The menu items themselves are pretty lackluster IMO. I had something like a black tea with milk and an açaí bowl. Neither were enjoyable or things I would get again, and I'm not really picky with cafe items. The smoothies range from 7-10$ and all the portions here are so small! Maybe if I returned I would try a larger food item. Parking wasn't difficult, mainly metered street parking typical in downtown.

For the high prices both the quality and the quantity are pretty disappointing, and had several lackluster customer service experiences here. It's not "bad", and I've been to locations in Switzerland and Iceland that seemed better, but this place just seems to be trying too hard to fit an aesthetic and failing to deliver basic value. They are everywhere though so apparently I'm in the minority on this.
