I wished I'd taken 2 seconds to Google this place so I'd kept walking. So bad! Every table had issues... and there's 1 guy-- working both the bar and taking all of the takeout orders for the deck, while 1 lady delivers food. Denied cups of water; out of all tap beers and frozen margs (beer pictured purchased upstairs)... and then a few other items went out while I watched and waited 20 minutes for my kids' lemonade... Place was nowhere near half full, but food took over an hour and all arrived cold; and was terrible, terrible quality anyways. Stale bread. Cold fries. Bad cocktails. Cardboard burgers. A fish-o-filet has more fish to it than my fish sandwich, I promise. I would have been happier wasting this money popping balloons and walking away empty handed. 🙈 Staff was pleasant, albeit slow and helpless.

Probably one of the worst experience. Thought to myself bad reviews were probably people expecting top quality on a tourist location but no...it's just awful. Clueless server, you have to walk back to the bar to add your toppings, and the worst part is you pay and tip before getting anything, youre gonna regret whatever amount you give. Worst experience, took 2 hours for the order . Never recommend this place . They missed 2 orders and took another hour to bring the missed items . Waste of money and time . It’s a one man show . This place has bad customer service, the dude/woman running the bar is bad for business. We were there to order food and Alcohol, my buddy walked in with a beer to order food and drinks the manager was very rude and unprofessional. Told him he could not have is beer there even though we we going to order a significant about of food and liquor. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone. Overall a very bad experience. Food was GROSS. We let them know that they ran out of ketchup and most dressings. 20 minutes passed and they did not refill anything. They ran out of condiments and napkins, too. When we asked for napkins they gave us a bunch that were WET! Yuck. The meat was nasty and not seasoned at all. The chili was cold, and it tasted like it was old or straight from a can. Service was bad, too. All the tables were dirty. We had to wipe our own table.

Stopped in for a drink and unexpectedly had a great conversation with a new guy named Mark. He had a good personality and was enthusiastic to work there as he mentioned my order was his first beer poured as a bartender. Good atmosphere. Food came out fairly quick and hot despite the reviews! I'll be back!

Unfortunately the reviews are TRUE! I wish I would have googled this “restaurant” before ordering. Food took almost 45 minutes to come after ordering from the bar. Everything was like warm at best, condiments were no where to be found. Upon waiting for them to be refilled food got even colder. Upon leaving I over heard the lady taking orders say the current wait on food was one to two hours, oh how I wished she would have said something similar when taking our orders. Avoid at all cost! There are two many other places to grab a bite on the boardwalk.

I agree with previous posts. Visited there on Wed evening and we were the only people there. Bottle of water was $3.75 but we were warned. Burger was VERY well done if you know what I mean. Dropped food on table and pointed to a condiments bar. It had ketchup, mustard, Mayo, napkins. No utensils or salt. Definitely won’t go back.
