Wanted to order two sandwiches for my roommate and I. I went to place the order online and it said that it couldn't be ready in the windows that it was offering on the website. It was offering 5 to 5:30 and 5:30 to 6:00 and neither option worked. When I called the restaurant they gave me an entirely different price for the two sandwiches than what the website did. It was an extra 2 to $3 more ordering through the phone. Then it was the website. When I asked the employee he just gave me a bunch of numbers and said that they just raised their prices and the website doesn't reflect their raised prices yet. And I was like well, Then I want the price that I got on the website. It was $7.99/sandwich. He was saying it was $8.39 per sandwich plus $1.50 for cheese and a bunch of other stupid s***. So I didn't order through them and I decided to never shop at this store again since they were so unreasonably stupid and unaccommodating. Wednesday December 13th 5:10pm. Keep in mind, when I was ordering on the website I was ordering for pickup and when I ordered through him I was also ordering for pickup. So I know that it wasn't a delivery charge fee or anything like that. He was overcharging me for the sandwiches. I feel like this person I talked to was uneducated and young and didn't care at all. Immediately accepted my order on Uber Eats, canceled 20 minutes later because they use their own drivers and didn’t have any working. Delivery is still listed as an option even after cancelling *Update* the original review was from an issue on 12/11/23, this same exact thing happened AGAIN on 12/27/23, 12/28/23, and 12/29/23. Had a very nice time during lunch with my daughter last Saturday. Food was super good, and they didn't care that we occupied a table for another 30 to 45 minutes after finishing lunch. The staff were friendly and quick to respond to anything we needed. Highly recommended. Ordered for delivery and the person taking the order was not available to perform their job. Couldn't figure out how to take the order, couldn't figure out how to run a card, couldn't figure out address. Order was placed and they took it to the wrong address, got a call from the store saying that the couldn't make the delivery. Even after giving them the right address that is less than a mile from the wrong address they couldn't deliver it. Absolutely worst order ever. Very disappointed and will never use them again. We always have a good experience with Jimmy Johns. Had a large office order and it was ready at the exact time I chose, the guy who brought it out was very kind. Best thing is their sandwiches are mostly meat! Everywhere else you’re paying for 90% bread or lettuce but not here. Service Take out Meal type Lunch

What a drag. We were the ONLY ONES there and the girl managed to screw up both of our sandwiches. First it was made like the picture in my post - backwards. If you look at any other picture of these sandwiches the lettuce is put on last because otherwise the meat and cheese slide out as you're eating it which is just what happened. And I asked for it to be cut in half. This did not happen. When I told them I was offered a plastic knife and had to do it myself. Awesome. The girl making the sandwich had dropped the jar of oregano and I thought it missed getting in my sandwich and it did not. I did not notice this until the next day when I had the other half that I had not eaten. Yuck. I like oregano but not in my sandwich. Then my husband ordered a sandwich and asked them to add avocado and cheese (which we were CHARGED for) and also did not add mustard like he had asked. Neither happened. Girl, you had ONE JOB! To follow the instructions on the simple two-sandwich ticket. She could not even do that. There were only two sandwiches in our order and both were screwed up. What a frustrating visit.

Very dissatisfying Jimmy John's visit. The staff was rude and unpleasant to interact with. The store was not well kept, with dirty and sticky tables and floors. As someone else mentioned they want to upcharge you for everything here! 5 of their smallest, most simple sandwiches still cost me $27. Very poor portions for how much you pay. The food itself was so-so, certainly sub par for other Jimmy John's I have been to. We will not be visiting this store again.

Just visited this location, music playing full of cuss words when I walked in the door, no appropriate at all. One worker sitting up on the bench of the seat not attractive at all. The other two kids didn’t welcome me in and seemed I interrupted there lunch at 4:30pm. They took my order and didn’t bother washing there hands, I hope the gloves are good enough. Will I come back to this location probably not definitely not with my kiddos. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10
