I recently had a disappointing experience at Jimmy John's. Despite clearly indicating that I did not want onions on my sandwich when placing my order, the sandwich arrived with onions anyway. Luckily, I don't have an allergy to onions, but this could have been a problem with someone who did have an allergy. But I was still disappointed that my order wasn't read correctly. This is not the first time I've had issues with this particular Jimmy John's location. In fact, each time I have visited, my sandwiches have been missing items or has been made incorrectly. It's frustrating that the staff can't seem to get it right, despite my repeated attempts to provide clear instructions. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and quality of my experience at this Jimmy John's location. I hope they can improve their attention to detail in the future, as I'm hesitant to return given my consistently negative experiences. My go to! The service was FREAKY FAST and really friendly! They complied with my quartering requests and made me smile! Mallorie and Alex made me smile and delivered great service!

Awkward employees, laughing at us, emo employee did not tell us that we did not finish our order so we sat down thinking we finished and she ignored us 40 minutes later we were still waiting and she didn’t say anything. Reevaluate your workers. Wasted an hour of my day Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Regretting we gave Mtka a chance today instead of Chan (our usual spot). Ordered via the app. The chicken in the Thai wraps was dry, the two associates seemed apathetic or unconcerned about bring there (the girl was on her phone at a front table and only bothered to start being assertive when I made it to the register, and neither barely said a peep and were very softspoken), and I had to bag the five sandwiches myself (I asked for a bag when noticing the sandwiches were just left on the counter, and she didn't even offer to do it for me). Clearly not eager for business at this location, so I am going to accommodate that sentiment by never returning. Only Chanhassen for us from now on. I’ve had good and bad experiences at this establishment. There have been experienced where I’d give this location 5 starts, and experienced where I’d give it 1 star. Let me start with the good stuff. The sandwiches are always made fresh in front of you, and you can clearly see the quality of all ingredients. Ordering from there is always a guarantee of eating good quality food. Now for the negative stuff. They forget parts of your order! Once a coworker ordered sandwiches through the app for my coworkers and I, and she never received her sandwich! I had to Karen the store manager in order to get my friend in-store credit which is totally wrong. She should’ve been compensated greatly for that mistake. One of my friends had to go hungry. Over all, it’s good if you are in person watching them make and count your sandwiches, but risky if you order online. Count your items before leaving the store!! I'm IMPRESSED! This team is so amazing! I had an order of 14 sandwiches with combos and they went out of their way and labeled EVERYTHING! They had it all ready for when I got there to pick it up and helped me bring it to the car! Such an AMAZING experience. Thank you so much!

It's the people that get the negative review , I'm clearly on lunch brake there was very little attentiveness. When my sandwich was done being made they sat it on the counter and walked away I had to ask if it was mine or not. Did not give or instruct me to my drink or chips. I feel like it was because I am black they were very enthusiastic to the Caucasian lady who walked in after. I will not return. Bad experience
