Order good sandwiches. Food delivery is an important advantage of this fast food. The attentive staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. A lot of people find that the service is nice. But google users rated Jimmy John's and it didn't get a high rating.

was not satisfied! supposed to be freaky fast delivery! its been 40 minutes and i am 6 minutes away. called in and spoke with someone that stated that there aren't any drivers! so why take my order for delivery? I app order here a lot and they are consistently good and have been for a long time. Sure there's the occasional snag, but they are really fast, friendly, and importantly consistent and reliable. Freaky fast. They held up to their catch phrase. My sandwich was done within seconds after I finished checking out. :) I only knocked one star off because some of the veggies tasted a day old. Not the end of the world, but a little disappointing, especially considering the commercials advertise freshly cut veggies the day of. I'll admit there's a chance they could've been cut that morning and maybe the cooler just wasn't the right temp for the veggies. Who knows. Still edible.

Truly heart warming experience today that earned my loyalty. I needed to quickly send a thank you meal to medical staff that assisted my daughter, while hospitalized, before shift ended. The nurses shared they loved Jimmy John's, and received orders quickly. The closest location was closed. This manager deftly helped me put together an order for 15 and got it out lickety split. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond.

Prepared a light meal at the park with some friends. We had our chips, drinks, and fruit the only thing that’s missing is our sandwiches from Jimmy John. Jimmy John’s location on 12 mile and Orchard Lake closes at seven we went at 6:35 and the door was locked. Now, we have to re-plan our whole meal strategy what a disappointment! Thank you Jimmy John’s. From a customer service standpoint it’s very unprofessional and unacceptable to close before your designated time unless you had an extreme emergency. In which case you should put a sign on the door stating we are closing early due to an emergency but that didn’t happen in this case.
Entered the store at 8:40pm (store closes at 9:00pm) and entire line was closed down and put away. The male employee who was standing behind the counter with his chin on the top of the register asked if he could help me. I started to leave saying "No, never mind I will head down to Wendys". A second employee (female) called out in an irritated voice "I can serve you." - to which I replied that I thought closing up 20 minutes early was ridiculous. The female employee called out sarcastically "Have a great night." This is the second time in the last two weeks that I have tried to order a sandwich near closing time and the line was closed down early. On both of these occasions the same female employee has been working. I am a regular customer and usually have no problem coming in late in the evening and being served. I will pursue my complaint with the store manager - hoping it won't turn out to be the woman in this incident.

This is not one of the locations that I regularly get food from but this was the only one near by and I was starving. So I go in to get my normal, #6 with extra cucumbers and a side of kickin ranch. They were a little busy, but no problem. So I'm waiting at the end of the counter with everyone else who is waiting, and the manager (who's on the line making sandwiches too) is SCREAMING at her employees! I've never seen anything like it! I've worked in the food service industry food for 18 years so I completely understand how frustrating things can get, but Jimmy John's has an open concept kitchen and customers can see and hear EVERYTHING... Everyone waiting for their food was completely mortified as she screamed and belittled these young boys and girls. To make matters worse, the girl at the register misheard my order so I had to exchange my sandwich... I went back to the girl to let her know that I needed a new sandwich and she looked terrified to tell the manager. She can't do anything to me so I told her and even took sole responsibility for the mistake because I didn't want her yelling at this poor girl... Didn't matter though, the manager lost it! Eventually she made me a new sandwich and refunded the $1 difference to my card but not without attitude towards me and more yelling at her employees...smh! I will never stop at this Jimmy John's again, and I hope she gets fired! She definitely needs to learn a lesson on how to communicate with and treat other humans...

I ordered a delivery for lunch at work, I always order early......my sub still hadn’t arrived after almost an hour and I called the store. The guy I talked to said they only had one driver and it was on it’s way. Okay, whatever no biggie. I waited literally another 30 minutes and called again! The same guy told me they had no driver that could bring me my sub and there was no way to get it to me. At this point I was so upset that I just said forget it, and asked that he cancel my order. Whatever, I get that things happen but I was never even refunded for the sandwich. This place may stay is business due to its chain popularity but it won’t have the opportunity to earn my business again.
