I’ve been to this location multiple times and this is the first time I can recall that I needed to complain. Since no one in the store was paying ANY attention I figured taking the low ground and filing the complaint as a review was the only way to get someone’s attention… I placed a pickup order today. I drove to the store immediately after placing the order because JJ is so fast that it’s always ready by the time I get there (7 min away). I waited in the store for 15 minutes before someone handed me my sandwich without apologizing for the delay. No one greeted me, no one apologized for the delay, and there were nearly 10 employees on shift. I didn’t speak up only because they were also working on a catering order but there were no other customers in the store and the drive through line had maybe 2 cars in it. It’s not the delay I’m complaining about, it’s the complete and utter lack of customer service or response. I had an employee walk by me as I stood waiting by the pick up shelf, grab themselves a soda, and then go back to making sandwiches without even a hello or sorry about the wait. I even had a quick convo with the girl cleaning the bathrooms. So many missed customer service opportunities from the people making food. With nearly 10 employees working, I managed to make eye contact twice. Once with the guy who grabbed the soda and once with the guy who handed me my sandwich… most had their backs turned and payed no attention to the door opening and closing at all. I went thru the drive thru yesterday, early afternoon. I was greeted in the drive-thru, by an extremely nice gal whose name is, Aaliyah. She is what every fast food restaurant person should strive to be. Aaliyah, greeted me with a smile and a short conversation, something rare in today's world! The sandwich was great, but the service is what made the experience fantastic! Kudos to Aaliyah! Thanks for making my day better! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
