Tried to order food online and went to pick it up. Was told the never got the order. The kicker is that they were aware of this happening multiple times before and have done nothing about it. Their salutation was to reorder and repay again. I had to cancel my credit card because whoever took the order had all my information. I then had to dispute the charges. The way the employee dealt with it will keep me from going back. Foods was good before, but the service is bad now. BE CAREFUL ORDERING ONLINE . Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

While traveling in Anaheim, California, Mari Cruz (staff at the hotel I was staying at) recommended Jesus Mexican Taqueria in Aurora, Colorado. I finally drove the hour over to Aurora and wished I had not waited a year! The chiliquilles were amazing! Had the steak and carnitas (crispy pulled pork) tacos. Both were excellent, simple but perfectly done with fresh onions, cilantro and sides of both red (hot) and green salsa. Also tried the tamales, which totally delivered on freshness and not dried out like a lot of other places. The staff was friendly and quick (only took a little over 10 min for our large order), which was only topped by their food. A hidden gem that I am glad we discovered, that’s not too far from home.

This place used to be good. Now the service sucks. The Quality and portion size has dramitically dropped. I used to spend lots of $$ here. Decided to give it one last try. Place is filled with flies and what I ordered online wasn't even ready. They didn't even know I ordered online. STAY AWAY!! 11/30/22 Went back, nachos were very soggy, had no jalepenos. Called and owner said he would refund the jalepenos. That isn't avery good compensation. Went to eat the mexburger. Hardly any chili and no cheese. Meat was way over cooked. About a half inch of folded tortilla under the patty. Rice was hard and spongie as if microwaved. Only edible thing was the beans. Horrible Quality for such good flavors. Don Jesus is so awesome. The food is great, it's a small place, but I love the vibe. They have a fairly extensive menu with lots of great options. Ordered online through the link on their official Google business listing which takes you to Orderhero. Arrived only to find they never got the order. Apparently they lost control over the services now taking online orders. The lady at the counter was very defensive and didn't offer any resolution beyond ordering again and paying twice. How you can run a business and not make it a top priority to ensure your customers aren't being scammed through your official listing is beyond me. I have no resolution in this situation beyond doing a credit card dispute because the only support number listed on my Orderhero receipt is the main number for Jesus Taqueria who refuses to take responsibility. My experience at Jesus Mexican Taqueria was extremely disappointing. I ordered a chicken burrito but received one with steak instead. When I brought this to the restaurant's attention, I was told I could no longer place orders there. This unexpected and unwarranted response was particularly disheartening after being a loyal customer for seven years. The poor food preparation and quality, coupled with the dismissive treatment, make it difficult to recommend this Mexican restaurant to others.
