Jeju Seon the Black, authentic Jeju gourmet experience, is located on B1 of Shinhwa World Marriott Resort and is a Teppanyaki restaurant but very unique one because the ingredients are "192 hours wet-aged Jeju Black Pork". (Jeju Island is famous for its native black pig.) Wet aging refers to vacuum packaging to prevent moisture from escaping and usually goes through aging period of less than two weeks. Normally wet-aged one is more tender and tasty compared to dry-aged one. The signature one is 850 gr set menu, comprising Belly, Neck and Pork Tomahawk. The set dinner includes welcome dish, seasonal porridge, assorted vegetables, savory pancake and dessert. Prices are moderate, tables are spacious and staffs are very kind. 매우 친절하고~ 순서나 설명이 자세합니다. 부족한 찬은 빠르게 리필해주며 각자의 취향에 맞춰 추가 주문 하면 만족감이 고조 됩니다. 깔끔하고 격조있게 식사를 즐길수있어 좋았고 깊은듯한 된장찌개로 마무리하면 많이 매우 므흣…. 후식 ~까지 특별한 맛이 ~굿!!!
