Excellent music! Knowledgeable staff. Delicious wine! Kevin is a skilled and friendly expert in fine wine. His expertise made the tasting so much fun.
Wonderful wine tasting room just off Main Street in Murphys. Walk a few steps down the alley from Toscano's restaurant and you'll find this beautiful little boutique winery that has some of the best wines in Murphys. Very quaint and cozy, super friendly owners on site to greet you, laid back atmosphere with live music on Saturdays. Price per person $10–20 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We thoroughly enjoyed spending our time tasting in Jazz Celars! Cozy, friendly service, good wine and variety. We joined the club and look forward to the benifits!👍

The wine is mediocre at best…I also don’t appreciate being told how to taste wine and use the dump bucket…The woman working there told us they can’t be responsible for people getting drunk at their tasting room…I’m in my 60’s…I don’t need a babysitter…I bought a bottle of Barbera which was just ok…She offered a bottle to purchase of 2017 Rousanne/Marsanne to keep from being charged for the tasting…Too old and not good at all…That I dumped out…We won’t be back…And to top it off it was my birthday!

Jazz Cellars recently opened up their tasting room in Murphys. It is a very nice tasting room with outdoor seating to chill and relax. Their staff is great - Jessica served us and is very knowledgeable. Their wines are the BEST in Murphys - see for yourself. One reason their wines are so good is that they source their grapes from all around Northern and Central California - their zinfandel is from Dry Creek, Healdsburg, the Pinot Noir is from Santa Lucia Highlands near Salinas, and their Syrah (our favorite) is from Las Madres in Sonoma. The current Petite Sirah is local though (Amador county). They are located a bit off the Main Street but they are definitely worth finding!

Very cozy, comfortable environment. Wines are not local, but from great wine regions. Love this little place.
