A Gem of a Brunch Spot
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Jay's Brunch Caffe, and I'm thrilled to share my experience with fellow foodies and brunch enthusiasts. From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in for a treat. Here's the lowdown:
Ambience: 5/5
Jay's Brunch Caffe nails the ambiance with a perfect score. It's not just a place to eat; it's a destination for photographers and those looking to add a touch of elegance to their social feeds. With three levels of thoughtfully designed space (though the upper level was closed during my visit), the café offers a cozy yet sophisticated environment that's hard to find elsewhere. Visiting during the Lunar New Year, the café was nestled among upper-class buildings, adding to the festive and high-end atmosphere.
Food: Banh Mi Deconstructed – A Must-Try
The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the deconstructed Banh Mi. It was an awesome twist on the classic Vietnamese sandwich. The bread was nothing short of perfection – crumbly on the outside and unbelievably soft on the inside, creating a delightful texture contrast that complemented the fillings beautifully. The combination of pate, beef, and veggies was spot-on, hitting all the right flavor notes and leaving me wanting more.
Drink: Mango Tea Milk Tea – Highly Recommended
To wash down the meal, I opted for their recommended Mango Tea Milk Tea, and it didn't disappoint. It was the perfect blend of flavors, providing a refreshing twist to the usual milk tea experience. A definite must-try for any visitor.
Accessibility: Great Access with Lift
For those concerned about accessibility, Jay's Brunch Caffe has you covered with a lift that ensures everyone can enjoy what the café has to offer, regardless of which floor they choose to dine on.
Location: Prime Spot near Vincom Shopping Center
The location is just as impressive as the café itself. Situated close to Vincom Shopping Center – arguably the biggest and most upscale shopping mall in My Tho – Jay's Brunch Caffe is perfectly placed for a brunch date followed by a day of shopping or window browsing in high-end stores.
In conclusion, Jay's Brunch Caffe is a standout spot that offers more than just good food and drinks; it provides a whole experience. Whether you're there for the 'gram, the delectable deconstructed Banh Mi, or just to soak in the ambience, Jay's has something for everyone. It's a place I'll certainly be returning to, and I recommend you do the same if you find yourself in My Tho.

Came here on Valentine’s Day… ordered a starter & two meals… they brought my boyfriends meal (plus an extra plate for me despite the fact we were not sharing & they shouldn’t of assumed that) then 30 minutes later brought my meal & the starter. This was annoying! I got the hummus & veggies, it was nice. & the fried garlic prawns, they were nice too but a smaller portion than expected. The Long Island iced teas were super strong & good & the Valentine’s decorations were pretty cute. It’s a nice little place but the service needs improvement. My boyfriend got the eggs, they looked very watery and tasted undercooked… and the croissant which was dry, but he got a pancake too which I tried myself & it was very yummy.
Splendid environment for a nice casual lunch. My son, a friend and I enjoyed ourselves tremendously. The fresh juice of the day was delightful and my scrimp bowl was delicious. Great service as well. Look forward to a return visit.

A small wonder of color and taste. I took my fathers here and because they are not very into healthy food they were a bit skeptical. In the end, they were amazed by the food. We will be returning for sure. From kids to elders, everyone loved it. Awesome experience.

A cosy little cafe with sumptuous sandwiches yo yummy dessert. Gave it 4 stars because I felt the price for a one toast eggs Benedict was too much. Recommend it for sure. Could be a nice place to work from as well.

Amazing cafe with very nice staff. I really liked the design and atmosphere.
Menu was surprising because it was just in Portuguese, but staff explained me in a nice way.
I really enjoyed the healthy food they offered.

4 stars for the service & 5 stars for the food!
We were 2 couples to meet over brunch and we were in the first to arrive on a Saturday. There were 3 tables occupied inside and we decided to stay on the terrace. We ordered 3 set brunches and 1 burger.
We had to wait quite a while to get our drinks which was frustrating as they arrived at the same time as the first brunch items. It would be great to have drinks while you wait to keep you entertained.
When the food arrived, all courses were delicious and they were all prepared with fresh and quality ingredients. As an example, thje pancakes are made with large oat meals flour (gluten free) instead of plain flour.
The standard brunch comes at 18eur but it is definitely worth the price. The waiting staff are lovely and the ambiance is really cool, with some funky tunes in the background.
Would visit again :)
