Service and food were excellent. We ordered half a soy chicken, seafood fried rice and a tau foo. All tasted delicious. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again when I am in the Tuen Mun area. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Oct 21: use GULU app to get ticket at home, no need to wait outside the restaurant. Tea is the important for Chinese restaurant, but the tea is no good 😥and the dim sums either. The pork inside the dumplings are not that fresh and salty. The sponge cake with a sour smell 😥utensils are a bit oily. Overall is disappointed. $462 for the bill.

Went on a Sunday afternoon and the wait was long (as with any other dim sum places on a Sunday though tbh). There’s an app where you can get a waiting ticket, however I suggest going to wait at the restaurant when there’s around 30 numbers before yours as many people just take numbers and don’t show up so the wait is sometimes actually shorter. Or else you’ll miss your table which is what happened to us. You can only get your table if your number is within 10 numbers of what the current number is.

we had dinner here one night. food was Ok, lobster and kimchi, roast pork, char siu was all good quality. service let's the place down. hard to get any ones attention and when you do the waitresses had a bad attitude. will not return

The quality of food is below the average, but the price is high. I hate to say that it should back to the original. The other bands of same group have many high level Chinese Restaurant with yummy dim sum.

We had an unhappy experience at the Jasmine last Friday. The food was fine and surroundings clean and quiet but the junior manager who took our order was arrogant if not outright rude. The man seem irritated that we didn't want to learn to use the electronic menu system as we just wanted a simple dimsum lunch. When asked for some vegetarian options for one of our guests he was most unhelpful, even suggesting we should try a vegetarian restaurant instead! I hate to think how many customers this man has lost for his employers as the restaurant itself was comparatively quiet compared with others in the mall, no wonder!

The quality is below satisfactory for the price range. There's room for improvement in this area. The space in the restaurant is quite congested and it's difficult to hold a decent conversation without speaking loudly. The staff is quick to give attention to our needs. Note that there's a time limit of 90 minutes for dining-in and a longer wait for a table for 5 or 6 persons.
