I went and waited for about 10 plus minutes then got to the window and the girl was very out of it and I had to remind her what my order was after 5 second blank stare. I went home and tried to eat both my sandwiches but the chicken was hard, gristly, and almost inedible. It wasn't that hot and one of them wasn't even the right sandwich. This is the worst order I’ve ever had from Jack-in-the-Box. My elderly mom took me and my daughter out to dinner paid with it on her Social Security. She doesn’t get to eat out much so it was her treat. We go through the drive-through and all of our food is absolutely terrible.burgers were like they had been sitting for hrs .. Not to mention that the so-called night manager that took our order sounded like she’s been on drugs for the last three hours out of it. She was rude she didn’t do what we asked for and she didn’t even know what it was that we were getting she asked me what number it was on the menu and she’s supposed to be a manager..she crumbled up the bags and Smashed the food. Asked for few more ketchups she hands me a put 10 more and drops half in the ground and says oops and close window. we’ve always loved this Jack in the box for good service and the good foods ….and this is literally the worst food we’ve ever gotten and the worst service. I really hope that they replace whoever it is that helped us because she is horrible and completely incompetent. Such a bummer because we love this store and their food. 45 dollars later and the worst service and food ever. BLACK PEOPLE BEWARE I found another restaurant you need to watch out for as well as not to spend your hard earned money at. Tell me why the white staff member refused to give me a bag for my order. Then, she proceeded to smack her lips while getting an attitude just by me asking for a bag for my items as well as a receipt. Not to mention the rolling of her eyes as well as her side comments if you catch my drift. The service is horrible and has been for a long time. They litterally need to fire the entire staff and start fresh. Almost everyone in there is rude as can be. The food at this location is hit or miss. Also, people get shot there. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
