Trash customer service. Pulled up to order and told the cashier to hold, she says I wish people would look at the first menu instead of pulling up. I informed her I could hear her and she proceeds to say she couldn’t hear me. I informed her next time to mute her speaker and asked to speak with the manager. She then stated she was the lead on Duty and explained that the timer was running and that’s why she said made that statement…DID SHE THINK I WAS GOING TO SPEND MY HARD EARNED COINS THERE AFTER THAT? Must be crazy!! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I came thru drive on 2/24/24, I order 2 fish wrap and fries and Med rootbeer. Food was cold, fish was hard and nasty. Fries was cold, rootbeer was flat. A total waste. Won't be coming late night anymore Food: 1

I only gave them one star because it is the only way to leave this review. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and a sausage and cheese croissant. I get to the window and the cashier says we are out of cheddar biscuits. I told him I didn't order that I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. He just rings up the croissant with no egg. I ask where is my biscuit? He says we don't have any. I said so instead of telling me you no biscuits you just don't ring up that part of my oder without offering to at least give it to me on a croissant. Why did I receive two bacon ham and cheese croissants. Tried to call and the phone number is invalid. Three cars in the drive thru and waited 30 minutes just to get my order wrong and he rang it up at the window. SMMFH. This place never gets it right. They just need to get a new crew all together. After reading all the negative reviews and seeing that the owner is constantly posting the same thing, but apparently it's just a copy and paste response with the name of each customer changed. There is no real intent to improve the service or the food. Why not just shut it down if you don't care to do better or sell it to someone that has a genuine desire to be successful? This place is giving the chain a bad look and just might cause the entire franchise to be looked poorly upon. They have a 10 % off this month well at less some help with everything been so expensive nowadays food was hot and fresh lots of new faces and they are friendly great job guys …… Nice tree 🌲 happy holidays 🎄 Price per person $30–50

For this visit I'm not leaving any stars. I drove thru and the service person started speaking in Spanish. I replied to her that I don't speak or understand Spanish. She continued the conversation in spanish. Made it thru my order which was only a vanilla shake. Got to the window to pay I asked how much do I owe you and she tells me the cost in Spanish, once she saw my facial she moved her microphone and gave me the cost clearly in English. I don't know if she was trying to be funny but I was no pleased and it wasn't funny. You lost another customer. Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Service: 1

There is nothing WORSE than messing with a hungry customer’s food. I went to order a #3 Sourdough Burger for my husband and a #3 Sourdough Meal for myself with curly fries and a coke. I got home, opened my bag and only to find one burger and fries. We were never charged with the second burger and to top it all off the bread wasn’t even toasted like it should have been. First they had us reversing and pulling forward in drive-thru. I ordered two breakfast jacks in my order and one of them had mold !!!!! So I tried to call the location and it’s a NON WORKING NUMBER. We didn’t even eat the rest of our food. Nothing was fresh… and it took forever.
