Absolutely horrible service every time I go there... It's the only place around here open after like 9pm. Always take way too long even if there isn't a line. Food is cold, people are unprofessional. I am making a pact to never go back to another jack in the CRACK. Burn that place down and bring me a taco cabana or somthing PLEASE! Decent enough for fast food. They seem to be able to get your order right. I mean I guess getting a burger at a great food restaurant is never going to look like the pictures on the menu but one can hope. I ordered a jumbo jack with cheese cumbo with a large curly fries and a large drink. When i went to eat my hamburger it was flat and was soggy from the mayo and ketchup on it. It wasnt that good of a sandwich to eat i had to throw it all away. It took them over 45 mins to get everyone throw the drive thru that included me. Its the worst service Ive ever been too. Plus my curly fries were also cold and only had a half of a box of them. And my tacos are nasty as well. I WONT BE GOING BACK THERE TO GET FOOD ANYMORE. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Better thank BK or McDonald's. The burger was juicy and delicious. They have a lot of desserts like cheesecake and shakes. Pretty good prices with a military discount

It's pretty cut & dry. Give me your order, pay, go on get on to the next person. And just pray to God your food is fresh and correct. It's a gamble. 50/50 chance of enjoying your food. But when it's good it's amazing. Last time I went into the actual store the lobby stunk so horribly I had to leave. I love jack in the box. This one used to be great. But I will drive to the dickinson one before I continue to gamble here. He ido en varias ocasiones, porque es el más cercano a San León, y son un poco groseros,son lentos, las patatas hay veces saben a rancio, su atención es mala y te hablan de manera despectiva no con amabilidad como debería ser, el menú ni ellos saben hacerlo, yo suelo tomar el summerfloat,y lleva una cherry de decoración y ni se la pone uno tiene que estar pidiendola y para colmo se molestan.😡😡😡👎👎

I ordered the new sourdough meal I ask them to please make it fresh the manager told me that they make to order I said ok pulled up to get my order and my burger was ice cold and my fries and she tried to tell me that it was just cooked .
