First time trying Jack in the Box, not particularly impressed. They wanted exact change or card only. The service was ok, not overly kind or anything and certainly not that fast. They did get the order right. Maybe I didn’t order the best food to be ‘wowed’ but it was pretty basic. Similar to sonic. Too pricey and too many menu options. Well at store #4060 in Farmington Missouri at 3:12am I dropped in and picked up some food on my way home and I'm always happy with the svc and this morning was the same food was excellent and all my items were 💯% correct and at 3am that's awesome! Hats off to the location I go to and the crew they do there job well and in today's world that's really cool. Thanks JB' good Job! I used to like Jack in the box food. Even though I hardly ever eat fast food. But apparently there quality and standers are failing these days just like the A big percentage of the world has . But I quesd if the cooks are. Allowed to severely over cook Not only the chicken for me And my sons sandwichs but the curly As Welll. Not exceptable !!!! So it's definitely a good thing That I didn't deside to eat inside there this evening cause ignorance and plain lazy people working in the food industry shouldn't be tolerated . I mean come on how hard is it to put food on a grill or in a deep fryer push a button for the timer and when it goes off take it out and be proud knowing that whoever spend there hard earned money on it for themselves and there family will actually enjoy eating there meal that you cooked. I really feel bad for those who had terrible food from this location or the food didn't meet their expectations. I, however, have never had that experience. Every time I've eaten here it's been amazing, hot, fresh, and made just how I ordered. I get an ultimate cheeseburger with extra mayo and they are so funny here, they put a packet of mayo in the bag just in case I needed more 🤣. Originally from CA and our location there would always overcook the burger and make it wrong (like including mustard and ketchup when asked for none). This location the burger is always juicy and hot. The staff is really friendly and I can only imagine if something was made wrong, they would gladly fix it or remake it if it was brought to their attention. Really love this location! I understand that they had problems today. But waited over 45 minutes for the food and they didn't have everything right. Jumbo jacks had no meat, one of the breakfasts sandwich had no ham, and they had no sourdough buns. We were charged for that price with replacement sandwiches. We got the tiny tacos. They were okay. Way smaller portions than other places I have had them in Arizona and Texas. The iced coffees were very good. They were out of straws and forks, and I had to ask for them. The lady handed me the straws and asked me to restock them for her. Jack in the Box is a solid fast food place to stop in, they serve breakfast all day which is good. I would say probably the best fast food breakfast there is. I tried their new mini tacos and the chicken bacon ranch club sandwich today and it was very good and filling. If you like jack in the boxes normal tacos you will definitely like the minis. The sandwich was made well and not messy at all.
