This place was a huge disappointment and waste of time and money. Go to the other jack in the box they're nicer and cleaner. This is the second time I've picked up a mobile order here and didn't receive my shake. The first time, I was okay with it because my food was good and the workers were friendly and they offered to write my name down so I could come back later which worked for me. This time the food tasted terrible. Fries and tacos cold, burger and extreme sausage tasted like they either were cooked on a grill that wasn't cleaned since my last visit, or were cooked on a grill that had grill cleaner chemicals on it. We threw our food away for fear of being poisoned. So very disappointing. And this time the manager was super rude. Gave me a dirty look and some pretty serious attitude.
