Just left and the male employee was awesome Great customer service and good attitude we will be back! 646 jack in the box in league City!! 11:00 pm. So he can hopefully get recognition for being a great employee. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Do NOT come to this Place! I went in tonight paid with a $100 and they took $10. This isn’t the first time they do this, last time they tried to take money as well. The guy was giving out cheesecakes and had said they were “free” but asked for a freaking tip. I will be calling corporate or whoever I can reach. This is unacceptable. They made a scene and didn’t return my money. I will be back tomorrow to make them check cameras . Idc if it’s $10 or $1. But they have tried it and I won’t allow this again. Food: 1 Service: 1

Worst experience ever! I had to wait a few minutes for them to even take my order. They only had one vehicle in front of me. Finally, I got to the window. Waited for my food thinking, oh, that means it will be fresh! Awesome! Nope!! My breakfast sandwich was horrible, my hashbrown was cold, dried out, n burnt from sitting in the warmer all morning. Pulled into parking spot to go inside to get a fresh hashbrown...nope the doors are locked. You could only go through the drive-thru. So I had to get back in the drive-thru line. Mind you only one vehicle in front of me. I still had to wait for them to answer the call box. By the time I finally got to the drive-thru window, I just got my refund. Late for church because it took 30 minutes just dealing with the drive-thru experience. Horrible!! I want to give a shout out to the nice gentleman that took my order. I was there on 7/24/23 around 10:55pn he was so sweet very nice personality!! It's so nice to have a happy person at a drive through. I know it's a hard job but he made my mood so much better!! I didn't get his name, I wish I would have!! Food: 5 Service: 5
