Received sub-par food and service at this location. And I really like a few items on JITB menu. After seeing past reviews as well, it seems the owner hasn't taken reviews serious. It seems the owner just responds to the reviewer that "You" the customer, should always receive the best food and service. It's a no brainer. It starts at the drive thru and then the food and service you receive at the window. Treat customers with respect and serve good hot quality food. That's it! The Drive-thru started with a prerecorded message asking if you would like to try the special then is interrupted by the real attendant to take your order. She either didn't listen or didn't understand what you were saying. Made me repeat it several times louder and had an additude when asked to repeat the order to make sure she got it right. Then you drive thru a tight squeeze drive thru, that has been the same for like over 20yrs, trying to avoid getting your truck scratched up. Then the window service. You get smaller sized breakfast sandwiches for the price now and they can't even get quality of that out the window. Check out the hash brown I got in my bag. It was so crisp that when I took a bite it literally crumbled into pieces. If you can't do better than that, then maybe you should spend the money to fix and widen the drive-thru. Geez. Placed an order through the app I purchased two tacos and made a request without no cheese, lettuce, and taco sauce. It was suppose to be plain just meat well I get home to hand my daughter her food and what do you know it has all the ingredients that I asked not to have. We started coming to this one because the one on Pasadena Boulevard doesn’t follow food serve. So we drive to this one just to get the tacos I ask for no lettuce they had lettuce on them. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and it was the driest chicken and parts of it were so hard I could not use them. I also ordered some was supposed to be pumpkin croissants. There was very little filling and they were burnt. We went at 11:15 at night. It was super slow, so I’m not sure why the food was so trash. I took pictures but it’s not letting me post them here. Manager at 8pm sat Jan 6, rudely told her employee not to drop fresh fries at my request, when she saw me observing she let him, when I asked for a toy with the kids meal she said "this isn't McDonald's, we don't give toys in kids meals".. i replied so does burger King, chick fil a, Popeyes, and sonic.. etc. She was very rude unprofessional and nasty attitude. I will not be returning. Food: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The service was nice and the food was good. We went for breakfast it was very clean inside and the manager was polite. Recommended a breakfast croissant and a very good iced coffee. My kid had the breakfast platter that she loved because of the mini pancakes. Only complaint is the leak coming from the ceiling right by the cash register. Really poor service. I wanted to get drive thru service, but the screen was turned off. I went inside to notify the manager and she said that there is nothing that she could do about it. After I finished my meal, I proceeded to leave, but the main doors were locked. I went back to notify the manager and she said that somebody would eventually go to unlock the door. I had to go out the side door, which was also locked. It felt kind of awkward to have to unlock a business door as a customer. Absolutely amazing time, unreasonably amazing. I havent been to Jack in the Box in a while, but was cravign their slight uniqueness with thier curly fries and loaded tiny tacos. LET ME TELL YOU! They were fresh out of the oil and the tacos were LOADED. The two burgers i got even had butter on them and toasted it was delicious! I had to reply! We went today and originally ordered a double jack and instead got a grande sausage, but since they already ate it we didn’t do anything. My mom went to eat her Jr. Bacon cheeseburger and we found no meat. When I called they didn’t really help at all.

I went with my mom yesterday through the drive thru for some food. My mom doesn't know English so she started speaking in Spanish when a male came to the speaker. A few seconds went by we didn't hear anyone anymore. At this point we assumed they went to get someone that could speak Spanish so they could take my mom's order but nobody ever came back. We had been waiting at this point for more than 5 minutes at the speaker & cars were behind us already! We were calling for someone at the speaker and honking and still no one came!!! We pulled up the window were we usually get the food and their were two persons right there! Completely ignoring us!!! After more than 5 minutes they finally opened the window! At this point I went ahead and made the order, which I would've done anyways if they had said they didn't speak Spanish! Finally after making our order the woman that was standing next to the male that had originally spoken at us through the speaker has the nerve to answer in Spanish! "Muevase para enfrente" SERIOUSLY?! Such unprofessional workers those two employees were!!! That teen (male) could've easily said they didn't understand Spanish and I would've made the order! Or that woman that was there as well could've gone and take the order herself since she spoke Spanish!!!!!!! Also, ignoring us for more than 5 minutes when we're clearly seeing them behing the window >:( SO UNPROFESSIONAL. GET ANOTHER JOB IF YOURE NOT GOING TO DO WHATS EXPECTED OF YOU!!!!
