Hate 2 write this, as this location used 2b one of my favorite. Perhaps it's better in the evening, which is when I've been there most often. In any case, beware the girl with orange nose piercing. She was dressed sloppily in a camo hoodie and sweatpants. Based upon her actions, she obviously did not like her job. She got my drink order wrong and then proceeded to argue with me about it. I asked 2 speak 2 the manager and when we stepped away 2 talk, she started making the "Cuckoo" sound; manager had 2 tell her 2 stop. Manager also said I'm not the 1st person 2 complain. I am sure if you are a morning manager running the Drive-through you probably shouldn't gesture with fingers to customers ( indicating" pay-me) you could use adult words like " The total is". Furthermore while handing the customer food it's ok to say thank you not " There you go" and " " Geesh!have a nice day) some folks just shouldn't be around the paying public and just sweep parking lots.(((edit) there was a time when I would visit this location several times a week. I certainly would( and did) rate five stars. The food was always right and the service was of what you would expect. I went in again today ordered a number 10 and a jumbo jack( no cheese) . the burger in the combo had a glob of mayonnaise you could dress ten burgers in and the jumbo jack was nothing but a pattie N bun.
