Two nights in a row this place was closed A FULL HOUR before the posted closing time. The first night it wasn’t very busy, so that’s understandable. But the second night, the bar and outside courtyard were absolutely packed - the place was bumpin! I don’t know how they’re in business if they’re NEVER OPEN. What a shame. Price per person $10–20 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Amazing bar, service was exceptional - Jade was a wonderful person who we were lucky enough to have make our drinks. Jade made us feel right at home and the drinks were fantastic, will be back next time in NP, thanks Jade and the Itch team

Gorgeous place and environment. The young lone barman last night did an epic job, serving delicious drinks (best espresso martini ever) fascinating to watch, served all the customers, serving snacks, making food and doing dishes all at the same time. The whole complex looks amazing, will spend more time exploring next visit but very recommended

Best place in New Plymouth for a nice drink, huge selection to top wines and spirits which you normally can’t get by the glass. Great atmosphere, staff and music.

Nice atmosphere, great selection of wines and spirits and a knowledgable staff member. Took about 25 minutes to get a drink as the staff member forgot the order. Can’t blame her as she was all alone and had few people at the bar. Overall nice.
