I have last eaten here 15-16 yrs ago. Its a uniquely located place with a beautiful terrace to eat from. There are several reviews that possibly have taken the total negative approach. Lets crunch down all the dishes we had: Top 2 dishes: Lamb shank amazing meat but gravy was a bit fatty Ribs amazing.great portion and meat falls right off the bone. Recommended Other food: Pizza way overpriced at 10-15 eur for what seems like supermarket pizza Ravioli were very good but the sauce was barely cooked Place needs a fresh makeover to attract new ppl. Warning for parents with buggies. You need to fold the buggy to go upstairs. Some other reviews mentioned that its cash only. Yes he said the epos is not working but we could see clearly the screen showing no issues. Thus they avoid card payments and some of us had to go to the near atm. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person €25–30 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
The restaurant is situated on the Independence Place. It only offers outside seating. French fries were mushy and not really salted. The beans of my English breakfast were lukewarm. For the quality of food, prices were too high. In the chicken salad we found a big piece of plastic. In total we ordered four items: hot chicken wings, pizza Gozo, English breakfast and chicken salad plus two large mineral waters. Total 47 Euro. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person €10–15 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes Salade César
I recently had the unfortunate experience of having lunch at It Tok Restaurant in Gozo, and I must say it was a truly disappointing and unpleasant visit. To start with, we ordered pizza, only to be served what seemed like frozen pizza. The crust was stiff and lacked any freshness or flavor. It was evident that the pizza had not been made with care and attention, and we were left questioning the quality of the ingredients used. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, the response we received from the staff was shocking. Instead of acknowledging the issue, they simply brushed it off, claiming that was how they made their pizza. Blaming the customers for their own lack of quality was both unprofessional and disheartening. Furthermore, the drink we ordered, specifically a cola, was served warm. It was a blatant disregard for basic standards of service. A warm cola is far from an enjoyable experience, and it further added to our disappointment. What aggravated the situation even more was the lackadaisical attitude of the waiter. Despite our polite requests for the bill, he failed to respond not once, not twice, but three times. It was incredibly frustrating to be ignored in such a manner, and it showcased a clear lack of professionalism and customer care. Overall, my experience at It Tok Restaurant in Gozo was extremely subpar. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a pleasant meal and quality service. One of the best restaurants in Malta. We loved the traditional dishes as well as the wine and dessert. The smiling waiter made our time there even better. Definitely worth visiting Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €15–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
This restaurant is in middle of city centre, they have terrace. I gave only 3 stars because staff were awful. We were waiting 5 minutes while they bring us menu, after that we’re waiting another 20 minutes while we ordered (in whole restaurant was maxbe 10 guests) . I have to call waiter to ask if we can ordere. I ordered ravioli riccota and that was amazing. Tomato sauce was incredible. Price was very reasonable i think. If they take take about they customers they deserve 5 stars for sure.

Terrible food having nothing in common with description in the menu. The fans are never working, you will be waiting forever for your order and only thing making it any different, and unfortunately for worse is that the beer is served warm. We have tried the rabbit stew, frutti di mare pizza, ordinary pizza and Maltanian dish, and only the last one was in any way edible. The service is pretending enerything is fine and won't take any constructive criticism. But the view is nice. :-)
Sat in the square bathed in January sunshine having a couple of local beers watching the world go by. Waiter was very efficient and polite. We paid 4 euros for a pint of Cisk in the main square in Victoria, Gozo. Enjoyed it so much we had another. Gozo is a lot quieter than Valetta in Malta but well worth a visit. Ferry is 5 euros return & takes 30 mins. Lovely experience. Meal type Other Price per person €5–10 Service: 4
A small nice restaurant in Victoria. With great food and nice wine. Just perfect for a good diner. You can eat local food but also pizza's. We ate local food but the pizza's looked good too. In the summer they have more space then in winter. They have a great rooftop terrace
I brought friends to this place based on some Google reviews, what a mistake. The food was poor, average at best (who puts whole olives on a pizza without stoning them!?) The service was equally poor, uninterested staff desperately avoiding conflict. Our food was brought to us and after being asked if it was ok, I reported overdone pizzas, burned lasagna, inedible cheese, the only response was "that's how the cheese is", great, I can see that, that's why I complained about it. The "roof-top terrace" was not worth climbing the stairs for, beer out of stock etc, just a poor restaurant cruising through on its city centre prime location. The only good thing I could say about it was the price, 5 of us ate and drank and it was under 70euros. Can't recommend.
