I'd never been to a beach club before and it was a great experience. We got this as an excursion through Princess Cruises. I was there on Feb 16 and sat in the fenced area on the beach on the left as you look towards the ocean. Freddy, our waiter, was incredible. The drinks were yummy -- try the Mezcalita... I have been meaning to message them and ask for the recipe for it. I was not expecting the food to be as good as it was. The appetizer was delicious and my chicken tacos were very yummy. My aunt loved her chicken fajitas. I would recommend this excursion to anyone.

Purchase this excursion of you are coming from a cruise! Very nice beach club with tons of activities from tequila tasting, to ziplining, snorkeling, and plenty of great food. You can also simply kickback on the beach as well.
We purchased the glass boat tour and got to explore the nearby waters as well as snorkeling. Our guide Oscar was amazing. He was very lively and made us feel like we were well taken care of during the experience.
The food tasted great as well. Stop by and check it out!

We booked the VIP- adult only beach excursion through Carnival. We went 2/15/24. We had the absolute best time! Our servers Haysel, Freddy, Balam, and I feel terrible I can't remember our other servers name were incredible. Never had an empty glass, gave suggestion on the food choice and it was incredible (poc chuc). Also had the fish tacos that were equally as good. Pictures were extra but we received all pics for $35. We didn't purchase any of the extras but the view and just relaxing were enough for us 4 adults. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a low key beach day.

Christian was our server and took care of our every want and need. Super nice and attentive young man. My wife and I enjoyed a couples massage on the beach. Bertha gave me such a wonder relaxing massage that felt absolutely amazing. I will come back here again and again!

We booked the Island Beach Club VIP Experience through Carnival. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. Charly was first to greet us and quickly got us a drink and was very informative. We also had Luis and Alfredo, who were also magnificent! The food was amazing, and Charly made sure we had something good for my friend who was a vegetarian (they were very accommodating), and we ALWAYS had a drink brought quickly. There is a pool, massage area (might want to get it here instead of the cruise ship, its cheaper), pedi area (where they have the fish that eat your skin) zip lining, snorkeling, scuba, and a ton of other activities to do. The beach area is pretty, but small and full of a lot of large rock/coral so be careful and Being water shoes. This is a great place for a beautiful relaxing day.
P.s. Ask for Charly, you won't be disappointed!!!!

Loved the attention we received on this beach. The friendly vibe was off the chain. Charly our waiter was so attentive and we lacked for nothing.My highlight was the hr massage by Lupita. Her professional touch loosen all the kinks from traveling. Plenty of lounge chairs & umbrellas with plenty of beach space. We booked excursion via Carnival Cruise.

We booked the Island Beach club excursion through Holland America . I have to say The service is Amazing. Carlos down at the beach kept us full and made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Carlos is definetly a hard worker and it shows why he is at the top of his service game . Carlos Thank you for making our stay here at the island beach club a great one and for keeping us Full with Dronks.

I did not try their food while I was there so I cannot say anything about it…but the only thing I didn’t like was the pool it was filthy a lot of dirt I guess because people would walk around barefoot and just jump in the pool making it very dirty other than that it’s a nice beach spot to go and relax

This place is incredible! There is no shortage of adventures to be had… snorkeling, jet skiing, paddle boarding, even zip lining! We tried the fish pedicure which (we were surprised) felt really good! My daughter got a hair wrap, my son got a henna tattoo, while my husband and I enjoyed the free tequila tasting.
The best parts though are the food (be ware that the portions are huge!)… every was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared, the people- the staff is amazing- and the sheer beauty of this little spot of paradise!

The hubs has been itching to try zip-lining so we selected Islands Beach Club as a cruise excursion. Along with zip-lining there was snorkeling and time along the beach. Oh, and there's tequila tasting.
We had a great time zip-lining! Mark was our group leader and the entire team was encouraging. Each person cheered us on and assured us all safety precautions were being followed. I loved it!
We didn't do any snorkeling, but we hung out at the beach and tasted a few tequilas. The available lunch is additional and we didn't stay for that.
A few other notes: renting a locker is $5. You pay $10 upfront, but get $5 when you turn in your key. There are photo worthy spots, but it's for the team to take pictures and sell. There's plenty of bathrooms and changing rooms on site. And there's a souvenir shop available.
