They called like an hour before my pickup time to let me know that they were out of certain cookies. I live about 40 minutes away, so glad that called and told me. My order was exactly as a requested. They gave me the collector's boxes that I wanted. Nice location, but it's a busy area. Service Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Located right off UA campus. Some really great tasting, fresh made dessert at a great price. Staff, I think the guys name was Gavin, seemed to love his job and was very helpful to everyone who entered. I had a brookie...a brownie cookie. And we also ordered an ice cream and a cookie. Everyone loved what they got.

Just received my delivery. Very disappointed with the "3 scoops" size. It fits in a 6oz cup for $6.25. Horrible representation of what you get for the price. Wish I could get my money back. Not worth the price. Will not order from again.

Staff is very friendly, cookies are warm and delicious. Just a little overpriced in my opinion and this location was out of a couple of flavors that we wanted.

Soft.. last for days! Open late for sweet tooth.. not always as big (and flat) as AMERICAN cookie co, but same price and fluffier.. convenient parking unlike university mall/midtown for baked bear

These cookies are absolutely delicious!!! I can't indulge often but they are soo worth it when I can. The staff is really nice also.

It was our first visit and we bought some cookies in-store. They were simply scrumptious! My favorite one (so far) is the salted caramel which is one of their deluxe cookies. It contains hazelnuts, which was fine with me.

Cookies are delicious. A little pricey but they are big, warm, and so yummy. Lady at the register wasn't friendly. I have not tried delivery service. I can only comment on the cookies.

I ordered through Doordash and it took over 1 hour to receive my order. After receiving my order, IT WAS WRONG. I tried to call the store but only got corporate. I received a $10 e-gift card but my order was $16. She also stated that they will be delivering the correct order and it took another 1 hour and 30 minutes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DELIVERY ORDERS FROM THIS STORE.
