I am so glad that there are vegan cookie options! They taste amazing, and they are so soft. There are also oatmilk options now in the fridges. The staff are sweet as well.

I have celiac disease so I have to watch what I order. I made an order through DoorDash, and an employee at Insomnia had to call about my order and making a change. I informed her of this and opted to have icing. I received another callback notifying me that none of their icing is gluten free. I have never had someone got out of the way for this! Props to this employee! It may seem small, but it really meant a lot because I could have gotten really sick! Service Delivery Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I'm 50/50 with my experience here... So I scheduled for a cookie cake to be picked up at 2:00... I got there right at 2..and the girl at the counter acted like she didn't want to be there and that I was a bother coming in. I told here I was here for a pickup and gave her my name and she said "it's still cooking." and then just turned to the side and started putting some cookies into a Togo box for another order. She then completed ignored another customer that came in until that woman almost left. Not to mention the kitchen that we can all plainly see had boxes just thrown all over the floor and she just didn't seem to care at all. The cookie cake though... For it "still being in the oven" wasn't hot when she gave it to me at 2:15. It was fresh though and the flavor of the cookie itself was really good. I should have never decided to stop here and I wouldn't have wasted my money. Well first when we opened the door absolutely no Greeting of us did not say nothing to us for 5 min but the employees were talking amongst themselves. How rude that's how you are still open is buy the customers. Just to think I wasted $16.00 on 6 small cookies. Nope I will never do it again.

In my experience, I called the number for the Hattiesburg location and spoke with what seemed to be a call center. The person I spoke with was not a native English speaker and wasn't especially helpful. I simply wanted a large chocolate chip cookie for my sons birthday. I asked if they could write Happy Birthday on it in icing. I have had this done with other cookie places and didn't think it was that difficult to do. I was told they could not do it. Is it really that hard to do for a kids birthday? Then, at the end is when I was told it was going to be $30 plus tax. I found this to be shockingly expensive, but I expected something spectacular for that price. The cookie itself ended up being ok, but not as awesome as we had hoped. I have bought other cookies from other bakeries and such and have been able to have Happy Birthday on the cookie and gotten much larger cookies for much more reasonable prices that honestly tasted better. The cookie was done on time, so that is a positive on their side. We had high hopes, especially for the price, but were sadly disapppinted in the call center and the cookie. So my buddy and I were sitting in the van waiting on our dominos order and were making fun of the insomnia cookie store. I did a Google search on it and then just decided to go and check it out. I got a chocolate chunk and s'mores. Uncertain how these stay soft all day or how long they sit in the warming oven, but they were pretty amazing!! Need to hit up a store in Wisconsin!

Not much room in terms of walking room, but good selection for cookies on menu. They have huge cookies that you can try, but I only got to try the white macadamia and the double chocolate. They were deliciously warm and gooey when we got them. Customer service was warm and welcoming. They also have a refrigerator full of milk selections. 👌🏽

What's the big deal? That was the most flavorless, boring cookie. No buttery notes or vanilla. Nothing stood out. Very expensive. Not to mention extremely small. Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
