The hostess looked us up and down when we arrived. Were seated with out wait. Waiter took our drink order but had to ask for coffee creamer 2 times would only bring 4 little packs each time. Asked for a glass of water and he never brought it. Took a long time to get our total. Place was clean but need better customer service. The meats don’t come at the temperature that you’re looking for, most of everything comes cold to your table. And the coffee needs a lot of work. It feels like servers. Don’t want to look at you, so you don’t have to ask them for anything. Won’t be back. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Best place in town for breakfast. Menu is very different than the US one. We had the mole omelet, and it was awesome tasty and innovative for sure. There's other items that are not offered in the US. Great for families. Meal type Brunch Price per person $200–300 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The ihop receptionists is more interested in putting you where SHE wants you to sit than where you wish to sit as well as she insisted that I put the gel on my hands upon interning even after I told her I was allergic and would happily go to the bathroom and wash them, then when I decided to wait for a booth she insisted that I Waite outside while there was a lady clearly sitting ( INSIDE ) The food is great but this particular receptionist needs to find a new job ( this happened on Thursday the 15th at around 9:00 to 9:30 a:m

I personally think it's one of the best restaurants in Mexicali to have breakfast at. I've tried a few other ones that are similar, and while they may be a little cheaper, I prefer this all the way. Usually the closest one is in El Centro, but this one offers the same and for even a little less. The service is excellent and the speed on the order and receiving the meal was outstanding. I would highly recommend this place
