9/15 Stars.. KIDS LOVES THE CAKES MOM N DAD MADE! Food- B&G. The gravy is too thin. ADD FLOUR! Service- fair but SHOULD BE EXCEPTIONAL Atmosphere- Manager yelling at staff for “not paying attention to accuracy of orders” By the way, cooks must be “IN TRAINING”. We visited this place for a light dinner. It's open 24/7. They had a variety of food items available. Service was quick. Food was tasty. Sunny side up made the night better. Just wanted something real simple and this placed played it’s part for the night. It does seem to me this place is lacking good management because staff is all around the place and there is no organization. Me and some friends came here around 12am after work to order egg and hash browns. We stabbed in the lobby for 10 mins before anyone could ask whether we want it to dine in or take out. We got sat and didn’t get a server until 30 mins later. I ordered a appetizer sampler and two orders of 2x2x2 with sausage and one with bacon. Food didn’t take to long and was prepared right! Service was terrible but food was fantastic and really made up for things that night. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Really enjoyed a huge late night bacon temptation omelette with hash browns. Delicious, not greasy - as good as I remembered. Years and years since I have eaten that. And easy to special order with egg whites. Accurate, fresh and hot. I am a diabetic or I would have ordered the fruit cup - looked really fresh and mouth watering good. The service is good, friendly and efficient. Meal came quickly for cooked to order. Everything is clean with an attentive server. A plus especially this day and age. I am a local and also really like the hot turkey club sandwich here for late morning breakfast. Very tasty, the way I like it. Always a friendly, clean and comfortable place with consistent quality and quantity. Very much appreciated for me, a woman dining out alone. This place is awesome! It is our go-to for Sunday breakfast every weekend. We love it so much we choose to travel 25 minutes to this IHOP instead of the IHOP closer to us, so that should tell you something! The hostess, Nyla, makes you feel instantly welcome with her bubbly and cheerful personality, and we never have to wait to be seated. The service has always been great - very friendly, prompt with taking our order and bringing our drinks and food, and attentive during our meal! The food is delicious, from the sunny side up eggs, huge variety of pancakes….and the avocado toast with grilled tomatoes on top is soooo delicious! We *highly* recommend this IHOP! Of all the Ihops I’ve eaten at from Florida to California, this was the worst experience I’ve had. It started off great, very friendly hostess gave a wave and very warm greeting and sat me right away. The server showed up literally 10 minutes later. She took my order and disappeared again. 20 minutes later another server brought my 2 eggs, hash browns and toast to me. Another 5 minutes passed and the hostess walked up to the table with my OJ that she had tried to give to two other tables. After eating my cold breakfast and reading the sports section on my phone, the waitress reappeared and asked if I got my toast. I said, yes, but just bring my check. She was prompt with that and took my payment, and came back for me to sign and said sorry, I wasn’t around much….wow. Won’t be back to this one….guaranteed!!

Poor Management I've frequented IHOP numerous times, but my recent experiences have left me deeply disappointed. It's evident that this particular IHOP is severely mismanaged, resulting in consistent frustrations and delays. Each time I place an online order, I'm met with excuses as to why it wasn't prepared in advance, forcing me to wait while they scramble to fulfill it. This lack of organization reflects poorly on the establishment and undermines the convenience of online ordering. Furthermore, during my last visit, the situation was even worse. With only one staff member manning the counter and serving customers, the restaurant was clearly understaffed. As a result, the service was slow, and customers were left waiting uncomfortably long for their orders. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Food was mostly decent. However the "toast" was clearly toasted a long time ago and some pieces were not toasted at all - sad. The hash browns were also on the cool side though still decent.
