Breakfast sampler was great, also came with pancakes which of course are delicious at IHOP. Spicy poblano omelette was supposed to come with fire roasted poblano peppers, red peppers, and chopped Serrano peppers but it seemed to be lacking all three. In the past I’ve had to wait a while for my to go order, this time it was only about 15 minutes. Still was disappointed with the food quality and ended up coming home to add my own peppers to the omelette. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Service was outstanding. I've worked as a server in the past. That was probably the best service I've ever had at this location. I've always felt that a customer should never have to ask for anything. This is just proper etiquette. Communication is pertinent in this line of work. Where to start, horrible service. Waitress through our receipt at us then immediately left. We weren't even halfway through our awful meal. The manager sat in the back on her phone, the entire staff kept asking for breaks she allowed them. The entire restaurant was disgustingly dirty. I've been sick and have had heartburn and the yucks for 2 days now. In my opinion the lazy manager needed to get up and get the place cleaned. We were not the only ones obvious disgusted by the unclean environment. I would never come back or recommend. Also you'll probably get sick from the food. Our bill was over $60 for some eggs. Decided to try this place again haven't been for awhile. Waiter was nice except just assumed we wanted wheat toast didn't even ask we had ordered kids Mac and cheese discussing they wouldn't even eat it. I did doordash and I did the blueberry pancakes in the strawberry banana pancakes with strawberry syrup and I get two 2oz blueberry topping when I asked for none and I get two strawberry toppings. And then for my syrup I got one 2 oz container of blueberry syrup for four pancakes and one 2 oz strawberry syrup. In a strawberry ones not that big of a deal but I have enough for one pancake. I got nine old fashioned I don't use this I asked for 4 sides of syrup. Because literally one little tiny container is enough for one freaking pancake. Food: 3 Service: 3

Ate here twice in two weeks. First time, the lobby floor was full of crumbs, the seats are exposed foam and the manager was fully set upset (office) in the dirty lobby. Typical IHOP. The staff was friendly, service was good and the food was pretty tasty. We had the Bacon Bourbon Jam eggs Benedict. It wasn't crazy busy and it appeared the servers were keeping the copks in line with the correct way of cooking... something I haven't seen in awhile. Where do I start... My family and I decided to go to IHOP after our Colorado State Fair trip. This has been our family late dining location for two years. Honestly, it has gone downhill so much. First of all, I don't know what's going on with staffing, but with it being a late night busy time of the year. Management should have made a better effort to make sure there was an appropriate amount of staff. Not just one girl running around like a headless chicken . We were there for over a good two hours. In those two hours two more servers came, and some how. 4/6 of the people got their food. Turns out our waitress had forgotten to put our food in. So everyone had gotten to eat and wait an hour for the last two meals to be made. At this point when the food was done. It was made incorrectly, and undercooked. Which wasn't found out until later on. Cause one of the last 2 people decided to just go home with the food. The Waitress offered to give the last two people a 10% off each because they were separate tickets. Not only did she make us pay $50 for an omlet and crape. When we asked her to fix it she said she had no way to. It's astonishing that not one employee was capable of fixing a mistake. Management needs to do better. It's not fair to their crew. We are sad to let this place go. But we probably can find better Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I'm giving the 5 stars specifically for our server Tony. It was late in the night and the restaurant was very short staffed and an event in town just let out and the restaurant began to get packed. The only waitress was letting everyone know it was about a 20 minute wait but did not bother to take anyone's names down and more and more people came in. Then the manager stepped in and basically started from scratch all over again trying to get people seated with new wait times.Tony and another staff member must have been called into the restaurant as back up. As soon as he came in he seated a whole section by himself. I mentioned there was a couple that had their mother with them( in her 90s) that had not been helped yet, He instantly seated them without hesitation and made sure they got their drinks out right away...He was very polite and organized handling a whole side of the restaurant by himself, He definitely knocked customer service out of the park. This restaurant was definitely fortunate to have such an awesome employee come in like a super hero and handle business. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
