Hadn’t been to IHOP in a bit, but glad to say nothing has changed. Coffee was right, service was good, blueberry pancakes were excellent, and the fajita omelette was on point. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I think being forced to tip is lazy on management to not pay their workers and takes away from people who are actually good at serving. I saw our server 4 times(took our order, brought the order, brought the check, brought my card back) entire time we were here, never had our water filled, and had to find her to pay our bill. So being forced to pay almost $15 to a server that did practically nothing is ridiculous. Food and service were good, no wait. I don't care what anyone has to say! but this IHop is my place! I go here almost every Sunday to get breakfast. Its always packed but somehow they manage to get everyone a table in 10-15 minutes... Its incredible compared to other IHops I've went to. Our server Trent is outstanding with his service! The food was cooked to perfection as always. By far the worst IHOP and experience I've ever had. So ghetto and unprofessional. This man charged me over $120 for two adults and toddlers. He charged me a la carte for everything. Every drink was about $6. He even gave himself a $23 tip saying each party of 4 or more has to pay gratuity. There were only two cooks and one server. I should've left then. I can't wait until it stops pending so I can call corporate and dispute this. This man basically robbed me and my family. This is not acceptable. I need to hear from the GM or someone before I get the news and board of health to this location. If I could give it a negative 5 then I would. If you’re looking for garbage food, wet slippery floors, sticky nasty seating and tables and dismissive self proclaimed managers, then this is the place to dine. Mike who calls himself the “manager” but really is merely a glorified waiter really could care less about your visit and he will ask you if there’s anything else he can do to make it even more horrible with a “as a matter of fact” kind of attitude and the sad part about this is he isn’t management at all. We put in our order but I wish I would have followed my first thought by leaving initially after I told the waitress that the floor was wet when we walked in and as time went on, I regretted being seated all together. The food was cold and didn’t taste fresh and my mom’s pancakes were not cooked in the middle so we really didn’t eat much. Plus the entire experience left me tasteless. The only subtle pleasantry was our server who was nice but kept making excuses for the wet slippery floors stating that it comes from cleaning tables. I guess who cares if it’s a safety issue and someone could slip and fall at any moment! Not to mention there were a few elderly people walking in as well and it just seemed to be an accident waiting to happen. Even the waitresses were walking extra careful so they wouldn’t slip. Needless to say I’ll take my business elsewhere which is really unfortunate because this kind of service is what eventually gets the doors closed permanently especially in particular areas where great service is not demanded. Fortunately I paid with my credit card and I will definitely be disputing the charges. I like to think that places like this will get better if people make it a priority to change it but unfortunately these days it seems people just settle for bad service and I seemed to be the only one who actually spoke up so I doubt if anything gets better at this location at all. Really bad experience! I'm sorry I hate giving bad stars but it was so bad I almost walked out without paying! Literally didn't get a single refill. The food was cold Nobody came and asked if everything was ok. It was I got my food and the waiter disappeared from the section for so long I was trying to just pay and leave but even to get my food paid for took at least a half hour. Nice enough server, but positive experience ends there. Greeted by a list of rules at the host stand which included 18% grat for parties over 4. I'm a 20%+ tipper- until I'm forced to. Plus, for parties of 4 or more is a joke. Then, the entire staff was standing around doing nothing while we waited 20 minutes (restaurant was only ar 20% capacity) for our food. Surprise, surprise, it was cooked to death the chicken in the Fajita Omelet was cardboard. The Eggs Benedict had rubber balls for yokes. I sent my Eggs Benedict back for another. I waited 15 minutes, and they came back just as bad. No apology. No Manager came by. Then, we were presented with a $43 bill for 2 Sodas and 2 badly cooked breakfasts. What a joke. This place lacks standards on anyone except for the guests which choose to eat there. I will never be one of those guests again. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
