I'm not giving it 4 stars because it's a culinary hotspot.
I'm giving it 4 stars compared to other Chinese Buffets.
For a Chinese buffet, the rolls were very good as was the selection.
They could do better with the nigiri, as they were poorly presented.
The hot foods I have to say were pretty good.
ESPECIALLY, their ribs.
HOLY COW, those ribs were GOOD!
Once again, not the norm for Chinese buffets, and even better than some restaurants that specialize in meat dishes like ribs.
They did a great job with these ribs.
I was impressed with the overall selection and the staff was surprisingly friendly, which is not the norm for most Chinese buffets.
The bathroom was surprisingly clean as well.
I will be back in the future.

Great buffet for an even better price. Personally I don't usually do buffets, but my friend talked me into it.
Excellent selection, line moved fast, and staff was friendly. A+ in my opinion. Atmosphere received a 3 because it looks like every other buffet (I'm no expert though)

Carrot Cake Slice
This is a frequented place I go with the hubby or family. Depending on the day of the week it gets pretty busy but our wait never exceeded more than 20 minutes. It is a Buffett and not fine dining but you get what you pay for. I enjoy it on those days we can't quite decide what we want to eat. It has good variety: seafood, salad bar, Asian and American dishes.

Good buffet for a great price. Service was decent. A huge selection of cooked food, sushi and hibachi.. Seafood tasted fresh. Remember to ask for a shell cracker if you are eating crab. They don't automatically bring it to you.

This buffet has a lot of seafood, and numerous other choices. Several choices in chicken, beef and Sushi as well. The fried crab, which I thought was soft shell crab, was too hard to break into. I have no other complaints. Plenty of choices at this buffet. And even at 1:30 pm, the food was fresh.

Seafood Delight
This buffet is awosome. The Family-friendly price point allows all to enjoy American, Chinese, and Japanese favorites. You'll see how it gets packed with patrons in the weekend. I have been going there for years and will break my diet rules to go there every now and then. Indeed, Ichiban is a great resource for Delaware county and all adjacent areas.
If you have a large group call ahead and they will have a table ready for you. Enjoy

The food is tasty but it's nothing like the Old Country Buffet that was there before Ichiban. I have noticed that it's impossible to eat several plates of Ichiban's food. After a couple of plates it feels like a boulder's in your belly. Some buffets do something to their food to keep people from eating them out of business as what happened to Old Country Buffet. On the weekends customers would go into Old Country Buffet at 9am and did not push themselves from the table until 9 pm and these families would be in their every weekend with their immediate and extended families. I miss Old Country Buffet.

Every time I look for a buffet Chinese restaurant this keeps coming up. Finally came in today and man…. What a waste of money and disappointment for their food. Their sushi was just horrible, the rice was dry and when I say dry.. I say DRY for being out! No flavour in their food at all. Their plantain was not tasty at all, almost black (burnt) and dry. I gave the benefit of the doubt and I just wished I could go back and not eat what I ate there today. Overall the food was all dry for being out under those lights. But we had already paid and tried to get what it looked decent but at the end didn’t have seasoning or taste. Horrible is and understatement. As for the service, could be better.
Save ur money and that will save stomach ache as well.
