Ordered Christmas dinner. It was completely wrong. No one would help us or answer the phones. Once we finally got the manager on the phone they told us we got what we ordered. NO WE DID NOT. Terrible customer service for spending what we did. Will NEVER step foot in the store again!

I found a photograph of a Minion cake online and asked if they could replicate it. These guys knocked it out of the park. In about a week they created something I knew I could never do. True artists! The birthday cake was amazing and everyone loved it. What I enjoyed about my experience with Hy-Vee Bakery on Clinton Parkway was their willingness to work with me. There was only a 'can do' attitude and they made everything easy. I know the next time I have a crazy cake idea, they will get a call from me.
