Slightly disappointed by the quality of the food.
The salmon and pasta both overcooked. The ribs were dry. The fries need more frying time. And the bruschetta is way too complicated and sweet.
I can’t say this is worth the money. Even though the location is well thought out and feels so good.
Lots of improvement still to happen in terms of food.

The place isn't too busy so you can be seated right away. They have quite a wide range of options on their menu so you can find most of what you're craving for here. The steak was alright and their salmon pasta added a good balance. Overall, good place to chill with live music over the weekend.

Place is very spacious with a good view. The food we ordered taste great and prices are very reasonable. It’s a great resto for gatherings because of the space. However, customer service needs to be improved. The waiters were not very attentive when we got there. They were just chatting with one another. It was a slow day but we had to call their attention a few times just so we can get a hold of their menu.

I liked that they had a variety of choices from Filipino to American food. We had Carbonara, Spaghetti Bolognese, and Fish & Chips. For our drinks we had iced tea and a mango shake. The food was above the average taste, but to be fair I haven't tried there best seller/s. The price is something that you have to prepare knowing that this is not an ordinary restaurant. I love the ambiance and the environment as we were seated close to the yachts, plus the cool sea breeze.

Food was okay. Atmosphere was nice. The staff...they were not the warmest people, they're hard to approach as well. However, the worst thing, we were still eating but they kept taking the plates away without even asking. It was very rude and made us feel like we have to rush eating.

We came on a Sunday so the place was very crowded with diners who were part of a tour. Ambiance was good. You can enjoy dining as you get a good view of the yachts by the dock. Price of food and drinks are affordable

Went here around 4:30PM for an early dinner since it’s Mother’s Day! A lot of people were coming in after we finish our dinner around 5:00PM. Ordered Hungry Pork Steak and Baby Back Ribs, the food was delicious 😋 but hoping they could add some extra veggies 🥕 🌽 on the side for the Baby Back Ribs.
The place was peaceful and nice 😊 since few people dine it at that time (sau ra jud kaau mi, mas nice kung wala kaau tao 😉). Yacht are visible too when you go outside the restaurant. The service crew were accommodating and attentive to us and our order didn’t take that long since few people dine-in at that time. 😉 the road going to the parking lot is not pave/cemented. Slightly difficult for wheelchair ♿️ people to pass.

On this year's Father's Day, my family and I decided to celebrate at Hungry Steak, but our experience fell far short of our expectations. The flaws we encountered during our visit left us disappointed and unlikely to return in the future.
To begin, the Hungry steak we ordered was a major letdown. The texture was unusually hard, making it difficult to chew and enjoy. A properly cooked steak should be tender and succulent, but unfortunately, this was not the case. The tough consistency greatly affected our dining experience and left us craving a more satisfying meal.
In addition to the disappointing steak, the spaghetti Bolognese we ordered had an unexpected sweetness to it. Traditional Bolognese sauce should have a savory and balanced flavor, but the excessive sweetness in this dish was off-putting. This departure from the expected taste left us questioning the kitchen's attention to detail and expertise in preparing classic dishes.
To compound our disappointment, we decided to order extra gravy for our meal, paying an additional 25 pesos (wow). However, despite placing the order, the gravy never made its way to our table. This lack of follow-through on our request was frustrating and reflected a lack of attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
On a positive note, the ambiance at Hungry Steak provided a small consolation. The view of the sea and yachts was visually pleasing and added an element of serenity to the atmosphere. However, this alone could not make up for the subpar food and service we experienced.
Furthermore, the King's steak, another dish we tried, was merely average. It failed to impress with its flavor and presentation. As a featured item on the menu, we expected a higher level of quality and taste. Unfortunately, it did not deliver, leaving us underwhelmed and questioning the restaurant's ability to meet its own standards.
While the staff members were polite, the service we received was far from satisfactory. We found the service to be slow and inattentive, with requests for assistance or follow-ups often met with delays. This lackluster service diminished our overall experience and left us feeling undervalued as customers.
Considering our disappointing Father's Day experience, it will be my first and last at this restaurant. However, there are a number of restaurants nearby to check hoping to find one that can provide a more enjoyable and memorable experience.
This review reflects my personal experience, and others may have had different encounters at Hungry Steak.

Very nice place, service is good but the food is to crave for, not really excellent as I'd expected but delicious. I do look for the most beautiful and delicious steak, I can say that it almost attain that rank but I find something lacking. For the food, steak is medium but not the perfect crust, lacks a littile bit of pepper.

I’ve been here a couple of times: for my birthday and occasions. Their food is good, and I would especially recommend trying their steak. It’s one of, if not the best, on their menu. After all, their name is Hungry Steak. Other than that, the view is just as mesmerizing. You have a view of some luxurious yachts, the new (Marcelo-Fernan) bridge, and the skyline or mountainous view of Cebu. I definitely would recommend visiting here if you’re looking for food that is not seafood.
