Food is always fantastic!!! Sevice can improved, the front house needs to learn to great there clients when they aproch the front counter to place a order. MUSIC..... is another story, a person would think you in a club how loud it is. You can not hear anyone talk around the table while waiting for your meal. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Today I would like to thank Zintle the manager on duty for listening so attentively to my complaint and rectifying it without hesitation. There is definitely a lot of room for improvement with regards to customer services and the atmosphere in the restaurant. The food is great and worth the wait, however, SOME of the staff members seem to be fooling around instead of getting customer's orders out. On Saturday 14 0ct 2023 in the PM the music was playing loud and not appropriate for the relevant business. The food is very nice, service from staff not so friendly and welcoming. And would prefer that they stick to the times they open its shows 8am they open but they say 9am at the store. They never have burger fillets whats wrong with this place . Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
