這次點了麻辣牛雜紅薯粉料多實在
牛雜滷的很嫩不會不好咬
第一次吃到紅薯粉很Q很有嚼勁超特別
如果不吃牛肉的人也有一般的湯、乾麵
有來湖口老街走走拜拜的人很適合來吃上一碗

麻辣湯底麻而不辣，非常適合做牛雜，但當作牛肉麵的湯底就不夠香了，麵也煮不進味道

牛雜新鮮Q彈，口感很棒，在老街比較寧靜的一處，鬧中取靜，湯頭新美，辣椒不會太辣，香味一絕，如果怕不辣的記得跟老闆娘說，來自大陸的老闆娘美麗也很熱情，一碗牛雜麵份量很飽足，會常常回訪
