Nice, quick coffee drive thru with better beans than Starbucks. Staff is super friendly and it’s very conveniently situated. There’s a 7/11 next door too. Lattes and americanos are solid and consistently delicious!
This coffee barista place needs to improve their service and staff attitude. I have had to wait for 20 minutes just to get my order, which is completely unacceptable. The slow service and rude behavior of the staff have made me reconsider coming back to this place. It is important for businesses to prioritize customer satisfaction and provide efficient and friendly service. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Came to the stand yesterday to get a drink before work and the barista that took my order was short with me and had a terrible attitude. She also was rude to my grandfather. We were both respectful and kind to her even though she had poor behavior. The customer service has declined over the past year. Very disappointed. Pulled up barista is talking with customer in other lane, then decided to work on call in order. Told me she’d be with in a minute. Call in order pulls up hands them their order then asks me what I want. 10 minute wait at 930pm Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Service: 2 Recommended dishes 12oz - Latte

Drink taste is hit and miss. Was expecting them to have the fall seasonal drinks due to a Facebook post plus the ad on the menu, but they didn't have pumpkin yet. Slow service when it's very busy. Seems like a lot of chit chat and not being focused on the job.
We have been waiting in a line of five cars for over twenty minutes. All they serve is drinks, I don’t get it. Edit, with four people working, it took more than thirty minutes to get our two drinks.
Startbucks was not doing it for me. And a friend recommended Bigfoot Java so I tried their version of a caramel frappe and it blew me away. Since then the 44oz Caramel Frostbite has become my standard. That's a double venti for those that speak startbucks. Made with real ingredients. I believe this is what makes them Legendary. I have been a loyal customer for over 7 yrs & have been to at least 17 different locations, the quality is very consistent and satisfying.

In my recent experience, it usually only takes two visits before the crew here knows your go-to order and always so pleasant!

My partner and I frequent this establishment (at least twice a day), so I though it was about time that I gave them feedback. You can always count on these amazing ladies (and the odd gent) to show up. Extremely sociable and approachable. It impresses me that they recall individual customers' drink orders. The drive thru is on both sides of the building, so I can always overhear if they ask for "the usual" or not. There may be a significant wait, but it's well worth it.
