Japanese cuisine is a must-taste one at this restaurant. You can have tasty miso ramen, croquettes and katsu at House Of Teriyaki. The attentive staff welcomes visitors all year round. Prompt service is something that guests note in their reviews. Here you will pay medium prices. As a lot of reviewers remark, the decor is modern.

Nice clean establishment. Speedy service. Friendly staff. Food..was average. I ordered the fried rice. It was plentiful with lots of pork, onion, and carrots but I felt it was also oily. The crispy chicken was crispy and had a nice texture. The ramen looked like spaghetti noodles in broth in my opinion. The broth has a weird smell to me. Overall, pretty good eats. I had the Tonkotsu Ramen. It came in 2 bowls, one for the broth, and the other with all the fixins. It was delicious 😋 I had been craving ramen for some time, just glad I found a good restaurant. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5
All the noodles were over cooked, the steamed vegetables were undercooked, the only good food that was properly made was the fried food. Their "cold" sake was room temperature and their warm tea was cold. We had high expectations and got completely disrespected. They completely disrespected the entire Japanese food culture. Wonderful atmosphere and I enjoyed the piano music very much. The waitress was very kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, the food was not as lovely as the vibe. I ordered the Chicken Katsu Curry and Karaage Chicken. Got the Karaage first, was pretty bland and mostly dry, so I had to use the sauce they provided, which helped a lot. Unfortunately 1 of them had a very large bone in it, in which I basically just ate dough and barely in chicken for that piece. Karaage shouldn't ever have bone in it. They told me, sometimes it has bone in it... They need to put that into their menu if that's the case, because it is NOT normal. The Chicken Katsu Curry came, and the first thing I noticed was the curry itself looked more like soup, and unfortunately, it was basically soup. Even worse, there wasn't really much flavor at all. Did they have frozen vegetables mixed in with a lot of water and something, I have no idea. It's not curry. The Chicken Katsu itself was surprisingly very crispy and tasted fine, albeit a little bit drier than I would have liked. I couldn't really enjoy the steamed rice because normally you'd mix the rice with curry and chicken, but I couldn't really do that because mixing the soup and rice was already painful. Perhaps I should have gotten ramen or chicken teriyaki, but I surely wasn't expecting bone in my karaage, nor was I expecting soup instead of curry. One of the best Ramen Dishes I've ever had... the Black Garlic Ramen is amazing at this place! And their fries make an excellent starter 👌 I would definitely recommend trying them if you haven't yet. Wonderful place! Staff is super friendly and checked on us frequently, and made sure we were well served. The manager Alvin came to us a few times, and at one point noticed it was a bit cold by our table and adjusted the AC to make it more comfortable, and then checked to make sure it was better. The food was also phenomenal - everything came quickly, was hot and fresh and tasted great. Highly recommend eating here. What a treasure! I was in town for the San Angelo Comic Convention and I heard "House of Teriyaki" was a sponsor. Well, I love Teriyaki Chicken so I was sold! The restaurant was a very pleasant place. I ordered a California Roll and the Teriyaki Chicken. The Sushi was terrific! The Chicken was well cooked! What a great experience! You should try this place! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

The best place in town for affordable quality sushi, ramen bowls, soba and udon noodle dishes, and great steamed or pan friend gyoza. Never fails to impress me. The new brisket Ramen is amazing. The new Tacoyaki octopus balls are crazy good also! TJ is an amazing chef let me tell you that. Ya gotta go here people. They do it right and at great prices and good service as well. Best shrimp fried rice since I left Korea in 1990. The muso ramen was awesome. The fried dumplings ,they call them something else, but were to die for. The guy at the register was super helpful We will be back.
