Hands down one of my absolute favourite bar in the entire world! We visited Ellixirz a lot of time during the last years, whenever we were in Sibiu. The spirit selection is absolute stunning, the creativity in the cocktails are second to none. The amount of knowledge which these guys have are very rare in the industry. Service is professional and very friendly, Rezvan and Dani are die hard hosts. I always choose a couple of drinks from the signatures, sometimes go off menu. Last time I had from Rezvan 3 Tiki style cocktails which are haunting my dreams ever since. Take my word for it, if you ever wondered what makes a cocktail bar worthy to be in the world’s top 50, visit Ellixirz. I can’t wait to see them one day up there! Impressed to find such an amazing bar in Sibiu. Attentively crafted cocktails, prepared with top quality spirits, this place has it all. The owner, which is also an a-list bartender will greet you from behind the bar and makes sure that you will have an unforgetable experience. Top place, will visit every time we are in Sibiu. Fantastic place, where you can drink (or better to say: taste) very good cocktails! We had Gin Tonic made with a South American Gin and a shot of Tequila… something different we never tasted and it was great 🤩 keep it going 🤩🥂🔝

Literally the best cocktails bar I have visited! Amazing attention to detail all over the place from furnisher to ice cubes. Everything in the bar is made with passion. What impressed me the most is that it is still a butique atmosphere and remains very cozy.

A bar in the old town of Sibiu. A diverse range of drinks. Every time we returned to Sibiu, we would stop there to savor the atmosphere. However, extremely annoying is the bartender who invades your privacy, doesn't respect the customer, and physically puts his hand on the glass, moving it on the table wherever he wants. We've been to many bars, even more upscale ones, but I haven't encountered anything like this. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

One of the best cocktail bars I’ve ever been to! We stumbled upon this bar on our first night in Sibiu and went back on our second -and last- night as well. It’s cozy yet elegant, with a great lively vibe and amazing, out of the ordinary cocktails. Emmanuel, the bartender, was very knowledgeable, nice and friendly. We are based in New York City and Sydney but we travel a lot for both work and pleasure and this bar has definitely earned its place on our list of our favorite cocktail bars in the world.
