Hey everyone, just had dinner at a local Hooters restaurant. The atmosphere was great, and the waitstaff were friendly and serving in bikinis, but unfortunately, the food wasn't up to my expectations. Have any of you been there? What did you think? #hooters Price per person $50–100 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Incredibly disappointed in my experience here today. I went in to order To-go from the counter at lunch and asked if there were any lunch combo deals for wings. I was told that there's only what's on the menu that I was handed. So I order 6 wings and a thing of curly fries for nearly $20.00... I go to sit at a table to wait for my food, and right there on the table is an flyer for the WING DEAL for TEN wings, curly fries, AND A DRINK for $16.99!! So I got charged 3 dollars more for 4 less wings and no drink!?! I didn't want to raise a stink in the restaurant, as I had already paid, but seriously Hooter's... Train your waitresses to atleast know of and offer one of your most common meal deals!! (They also had drums only and instead of flats like I had ordered, but I'm not going to hold supply chain issues against them, hence the 2 stars instead of only 1) Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
1/27/24 I just had the most unpleasant experience at this location. My friends and I (total 3) arrived shortly after 7pm to dine in. We placed our orders at 7:20pm (according to the receipt). At 8:05 I inquired with waiter about our order to which she went to check. I could tell from her body language our order was not ready. At 8:20pm I saw another order go to a table that sat after us. It was at 8:25 that the first order for one of our party came out and the order was wrong. At 8:30pm my order came out and it was also incorrect and under cooked so I asked for the manager. He came over and apologized and told us he would take care of us and our bill. At 8:40pm the last order came out. We boxed our food and a shortly after 8:45pm the manager walked over to us with a bill. I immediately told him he could take my food and remove it off as I was not paying for the meal. He immediately got upset and rude saying he could not do that. I told him I was not paying for a meal that was undercooked and that I did not consume. He tried lying saying the order was not put in until 7:50pm to which I showed him the receipt, that he provided to us, that clearly said 7:20pm. He then threatened to call the cops to which I said please do. He then looked at my meal clearly seeing it was not consumed and began walking away. I told him to leave it so that I could show the cops my under cooked/ translucent shrimp and chicken. He then told us “it’s fine, have a great night, just leave” with a nasty tone as he walked away with my order in hand. This was upsetting to say the least! To receive this poor service and be treated as if we caused this was not ok. To threaten us with police was degrading and humiliating as everyone in the restaurant heard this happen. The parking lot was empty and not a lot of patrons were in the restaurant and I now see why. The customer service training needs to be re-administered to this manager. I didn't buy the calendar so the waitress held a grudge.. my 7 year old son didn't get his drink, she left my beer on the bar for 10 minutes before bringing out to me... They were not busy at all. Waitress was literally more concerned with me buying a calendar than giving good service... what's going on? Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
The service wasn't great. We were forgotten about for awhile and they were not busy. Took 20 minutes to get our drinks, and another half hour for food. The tables were sticky and the bar chairs felt they were ready to collapse. Floor was dirty and sticky. Won't go back Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
I really like Hooters wings. They're usually good, but I was served the smallest wings ever. I requested plain and extra crispy. $20+ bucks later...They did not deliver. 👎🏾👎🏾Only 2 customers present more than an hour before closing. No excuses. I'll choose another location. Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 2

This location is tucked behind some other restaurants. You will not be able to see this Hooters from the main road. It is behind Red Robin and Buffalo Wild Wings. Came here on a Saturday night and sat at the bar. The service was quick and my food came in a reasonable amount of time. Nothing special about this place. Nothing bad either. Plenty of TVs to catch every game. The women are gorgeous and friendly. They have all you can eat wings on Monday.
It looks like an old store when you walk in and doesn’t get any better on the inside. When I go in the bathroom and it’s nasty, all I can think about is how nasty it must be in the kitchen. Had I gone in there before sitting down instead of at the end of dinner, we would’ve left. The food was right on par with everything else. It was cold, took forever, and the place was, not busy at all. I think hooters needs to rethink this location. Or knock it down and start fresh. Definitely will not be back.
I ordered through Uber eats to pickup myself. The order said 5-15 minutes to prepare and be ready. I waited 16 minutes and was at the grapevine, Texas location to pickup. When I notified the hostess at the front about my pickup, I had to wait 17 minutes for my order that was wrong. It took me 5 minutes to my friends in euless and our food was cold. When I called the Hooters up, I was quickly forwarded to the "GM" that went by the name of "Jesse". This dill hole was the optimuy of dirt bags. When I told him the details, he told me that my order was for delivery and a driver had already picked it up. This was not possible because only I had the text confirmation to pickup my food. He said the fault was all due to Uber and there was nothing he or anyone at location could do about it and hung up on me. When I called back I asked for a corporate number to make a formal complaint and the next loser said he couldn't help either. Man you middle aged heros must feel so awesome about working around young, desperate women all week. Your egos are showing. Uber ended up refunding me for the restaurants obvious mistake and lack of decency, much less customer service. Bet you jack wagons would sing a different tune if I came back and talked with you'll in person. Pathetic! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
