This is my go to place in itahari for some relaxing time whenever I am stressed or in need of some comfort food. Coffee is excellent. Service is good. Food menu is limited but they are well made and served. Taste is different from what we get at regular cafes. It may be little pricey but the environment is so calming so it's all worth. Our recent visit to HJC at Itahari was pleasant with a warm greeting as we entered the cafe. We got a great spot for two and was offered menu as seated. Coffee were great as always enjoyed our Iced Americano and iced cappuccino. Positive vibes and great decor for a coffee shop. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person Rs 1–500

Himalayan java has one of the best cheesecake in my experience but not this particular branch. The cheesecake was too sweet and the cake itself was runny. The coffee was perfect as ever. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person Rs 500–1,000 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

HJC(Chandragiri) had a very strong first impression on me back in 2017. However I was utterly disappointed from Itahari branch. Surely it failed to meet my expectations.

I have visited Himalayan Java at Bhatbhateni S.store at Itahari. Plz don't come this is not a place suitable if you are bringing your children because you have to travel a long way outside for toilet if you need (Think about your urgent condition and its in rainy season outside). I got totally wet when returning from toilet (no option for you to stay inside bad toilet in rain). Thousands of people visited this store in a day but what a mindset of builder/owners regarding toilet use. This is disappointing from the perspective of service/cafe user. Hope the management will consider it in future esp for their client.
