The worst! Waited 10 min for them to open up late first of all. When they finally opened the door I had one family ahead of me checking into playground. After they finished I walk up to counter saying I would like to order a tea. Another family walks in after me. The lady looks at them then looks at her co worker on the phone. She says she's trying to book a party. Counter lady now tells me I have to wait! I already waited 10 min for you to open! Now your telling me to wait because I want tea and not entry to play ground. Why not go make my tea because I was there first! Instead of prioritizing checking in playground guests that came in after me and who weren't already Waiting! I say it again the worst! So much better places in Redlands for tea with way better customer service!!!
