Excellent food - calamari is soft and tender. Food is served in paper that's wrapped closed - very "beachy". Fantastic view over the beach and rocks. Can definitely recommend it for a lunch. Hibiscus Beach cafe is a nice little restaurant right by the beach. Prices were fair and the food was good, but we might have also received calamari that was not fully prepared and we are sitting now with food poisoning who all ate the calamari. This is just to inform the cafe to please make sure the food is cooked/prepared correctly. This was on the 5th of Jan 2024. This place has the best location on the beach in the area. It is a local community out of holiday season. Which unfortunately the place does not cater for with there prices. In my opinion the food is average, only the view of the sea makes it taste better. The service I have experienced is not great. It depends on the waiter you get so it's really not up to standard. What a nice little cozy beach Café on the Hibiscus beach in Ramsgate. The staff is very friendly, helpful and efficient. The food is just great, well prepared, and presented. It was very surprising for such a small beach ⛱️ Café. The atmosphere is very relaxing, friendly, and peaceful. You can also watch members of the ski boat club launching their boats and arriving back from see. It was a very pleasant visit. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We visited a number of times during our holiday Nov 2023. What a nice place with awesome food at great prices and friendly staff. Its always clean and they remembered our favourite drinks after first visit. We will definitely come back time and again. We made a point of trying all the restaurants in and around the area and with the sea in your ears they have by far the best calamari and hake! Went there 3 times, only were able to get food once. Food was tasty, but bad value for money. I had the calamari burger with chips - so 10 calamari rings on a bun with tomato and onion, and 10 chips. Staff is very friendly. Food is awesome. Best calamari I had in ages. The Pizza and the prawn is delicious. Lovely ocean and beach view while eating. Nice little hidden corner away from the mainstream. Will definitely go again. The atmosphere is very laid back, yet professional.

What a pleasant surprise. Hibiscus beach cafe is situated on a semi circular wooden deck overlooking a picturesque beach cove. Serves great platter of super fresh fish, calamari and chips. Even their burgers look delicious. Lovely outing.
