It's a russian roulette when it comes to service and food quality. I have visited multiple times since they are the closest boba place around. One day you could get the friendly staff that go above and beyond to give the customers a great experience and tasty treats, on another day, you can get the sarcastic staff that always has their friend group around and treats everyone bad. Aside from making all the drinks wrong on purpose, There's 2 employees in particular where I have witnessed hand out free snacks and drinks to their friend groups there. I stopped going a month ago due to the bad treatment. It's a shame the owner doesn't notice.. Boba is really good. Lots of choices with cheese w boba. They didn’t have a lot of the normal flavors but it was still good. Just rlly overpriced, $10. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered a taro bubble tea... the worst part is that it's not even foam, it's milk. I tried to tell em and the guy responded sarcastically. I’m a frequent customer at Heeretea and often go with my brother. Normally the service and atmosphere here is great, until today. As soon as I walked in to the store, the dirty blonde cashier was totally rude and clearly staring at me while speaking about me to her friend group at the tables. She was super dismissive and kept glaring as if my brother and I offended her some way. I felt super uncomfortable and judged, and unfortunately left without my drink because of how terrible I felt at the store. Food: 5 Service: 5

Overpriced for the amount you get. We received the drinks in a 16 oz cup but they fill it to the brim in ice so a few sips later it was gone. $20+ for 2 drinks. The taste was good. But I’ve had better, that give more for about the same price. Food: 4 Service: 3

On the north side of the mall (Rio Hondo), next to the entrance that leads to the food court. Exquisite taste. Very good service, very friendly. You feel a very positive energetic environment, very relaxed. Very clean. Bathrooms are not in service. Good anti covid practices.

It's one of the best Bobba places around. I always ask for the Devil WuWu Fresh Milk, or the Taro with Tapioca and it never fails. Everyone is so nice, its weird. Overall a really good service and food. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place is perfect for bubble-tea lovers. The bubble-teas are incredibly delicious and the store is fancy and beautiful. Employees are super welcoming and good service is guaranteed! Would recommend to anybody who wants to try something new. Definitely going back as soon as I can.
