Good coffee, but EXTREMELY slow service. We ordered just 3 coffees, and waited for more that 20 min. Addendum 2 days later: looks like they are improving on daily basis. Service is getting faster, coffee and fresh juices better, and even waiters started to understand more English)) Adding another star, hope that later I will be able to add one more.

We wanted to have a good breakfast here... Supposedly good reviews... I can't understand that. How long do you have to fry fried eggs for them to be completely done? The ordered orange juice came after breakfast.. It wasn't clear until the end whether the waiter spoke Spanish or English.. Or neither.. No sugar was brought with the tea and coffee, no serviettes.. Ham with fried eggs from worse Quality.... We called it Hells Cafe

Buen lugar para desayunar, almorzar o cenar. Excelente atención de parte de los trabajadores! Atentos, buena comida Me encanta que el restaurante esté el centro Del Valle, con mesas al aire libre donde disfrutas del paisaje y del ambiente del centro El Menú es variado, me encanto el café! 👏 Súper recomendado, si te quedas en el residencial el valle, solo bajas y ya Cierran a las 10 de la noche aproximadamente. Se puede pagar por yappy Una vez más! Excelente atención! Sin más! Me despido!

A couple of words to sum up my experience: inattentive, slow and expensive. Inattentive: We’ve specifically asked to remove the cheese from our breakfast even saying we’re both lactose intolerant and can’t eat cheese. No problems there - cheese was removed. However, I would love for people to use their brain every now and then, because half of the breakfast (both empanadas) were filled to the top with cheese. A single mention of that and we could’ve ordered something else… Slow: I would love to know why it takes 5 employees >45min to make a juice and fry some eggs if there’s only 3 customers… Expensive: I paid 30$ for two… The ridiculous breakfast costs 7.50 and was supposed to include a coffee which I later even paid extra. Stopped in here today for breakfast; tried to stop in yesterday for lunch but there was not a single seat available. That is a good sign for me. The omelette was filled with fresh veggies and very good. I also had fresh squeezed pina juice and it was delicious. The staff spoke better English than I do Spanish so that took the heat off me too. I will be back. Americanos were good; made more like the Europeans do (strong) just the way I like them.

We have been coming to El Valle for over four years, and Heaven’s Cafe is by far our favorite place to eat in El Valle! We have loved every meal that we have eaten there, especially the breakfast! 😋Their wait staff is always very friendly, and are always willing to serve the customer. We also enjoy their early morning coffee and afternoon ice cream! Can’t wait to eat there again!
