Whew, where do I start...went up to the counter to order and the cashier asked me what i wanted, then, immediately started talking to her co worker about "what happened last night" so I talked louder over them yelling her my order... well the screen right in front of me had the loaded burrito. She turned to the "cook" and asked him if they had that. He shrugged, said no and moved on. She said we don't have anything like that. So I grabbed the little monitor screen there, turned it around and showed her... she said no sorry we don't know how to make that.
I ordered my DIFFERENT food then and was handed an empty cup for my coffee... said we don't have any coffee here just go over to love's and get it... um I didn't order love's coffee, I ordered your coffee....
The floors were sticky, the staff was rude, I've literally never been in there where I didn't have an issue... I just keep giving 2nd chances, then 3rd, 4th, 10th

the frisco i always get and the toast that it is supposed to be on is more like warm bread. even as i watch them toast it . still warm bread. and the hamburger they make now it is cooked in water. ,thats exactly what it taste like. when it first came out it tasted like it was cooked on a grill 😋

Order food every morning and night and they can't get it right they mess up every order i got it seem moring and afternoon only Thursday and Friday in the afternoon around 4 they get my order right and the over night crew do a awesome making making my food and treats their customers with respect. That what this store need a crew that treat thwir customers right. And this moring around 7:30 come through drive tru and waiting 5mins and no one took my order🤬
